各方面都很好 都是10分 位置很棒 游泳池可以看日落 服务特别棒 周到热情 房间很舒服 早餐相当好 品种丰富 当然房费也不便宜 所以 所得和所付出的匹配

Our stay here was fantastic. I couldn’t be more happy with choosing Villa Fiorita for my stay. The room was even better than it looked in the pictures. Spacious, clean and modernly furnished. The hot tub in the room had really nice view of the sea. The pool on the rooftop with the bar and stunning views was a highlight. The breakfast also had quite some nice options with also options to order a few hot plates on the breakfast menu. The iced coffee was amazing. To top the whole experience the staff in an around the property (the staff at the reception, the staff at breakfast, the staff at the pool bar, the valet and concierge) all were extremely nice, warm and helpful people. Really made our experience exceptional.

All the staff, no matter what their position, were so kind and helpful and made our stay their exceptional. The location is beautiful with spectacular views and perfect to walk into town, or take the cable car to the beach.

The hotel is stunning and extremely well located. The walk to the centre is less than 10 minutes and the cable car station is just outside. The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. They even sorted an early breakfast and packed lunches for the day we were out really early for our Etna hike. The views are breathtaking and sitting by or in the pool to enjoy them is heaven. We will definitely come back.

Stunning location and incredible staff

Pool, excellent service

My stay at the Villa Fiorita was lovely - everything was perfect. All the staff were super friendly and kind. The breakfast was so nice, location was just outside the main street so everything was close but still felt quiet and cosy without noise. The cable car to Mazzaro, Isola Bella was right in front of the hotel - which was very handy. Room was cleaned every day perfectly and hotel was always quite quiet even with many people staying. Thank you so much for making our trip comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel was immaculately kept. The attention to detail is amazing! The staff were attentive and superb. The hotel is gorgeous and the views amazing. We especially loved the stunning outdoor heated infinity pool and the luxurious outdoor area around the pool. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to Taormina! Thank you to all the staff.🙏

L’emplacement, le calme, le personnel aux petits soins surtout au petit déjeuner, le confort des chambres, la vue, la piscine, le petit déjeuner très varié et délicieux, l’accès facile aux téléphérique pour descendre à la plage.

נתחיל מזה שהמלון בוטיקי יפה ומרשים ונמצא במיקום מנצח ממש על הרכבל והירידה לים ועל הכניסה לרחוב הראשי של העיר העתיקה.
כשמגיעים עם רכב ניתן להעמיד אותו בחזית המלון ולקבל שירות של שינוע לחניון הלוך וחזור מתי שרוצים לנסוע שוב (מכיוון שאין חניות באיזור העיר העתיקה)
כשהגענו למלון גיליתי שננעלה לי המזוודה בטיסה ועובד האחזקה עזר לי במשך שעה עבד עד שהצליח לפתוח לי אותה.
כל בוקר התקשרנו לקבלה וביקשנו קפה ומאפה לחדר והגישו לנו מיד ללא דיחוי, בכלל כל הצוות היה נהדר מאוד שירותי אדיב וחייכנים בצורה פנומנלית.
יש לי סטנדרט מאוד גבוה למלונות והמלון הזה ניצח!
בהחלט אמליץ בחום וארצה לחזור לשם שוב!

Het is een prachtig luxe hotel, super schoon, heel aardig personeel en het heeft een onwijs goede ligging. Het eten bij het zwembad is heerlijk en het uitzicht is prachtig. Het is rustig en echt een plek om aan de drukte van de stad te ontsnappen, ondanks dat het bij het centrum zit. We zouden hier eigenlijk 4 nachten verblijven, maar hebben dat verlengd naar 8 nachten omdat we het er zo heerlijk vonden. Het personeel hielp ons hier heel goed bij en zorgde ervoor dat wij zo min mogelijk hoefden te doen voor de kamerwissels. Het ontbijt is ook lekker, uitgebreid en heeft een mooi uitzicht. We hebben in drie verschillende kamers verbleven en allemaal waren ze voortreffelijk. Wij hebben niets negatiefs te zeggen over dit hotel.

Unser Zimmer war Zimmer Nr. 101 - tolles sehr geräumiges Zimmer. Der Whirlpool/Jakuzi hatte ursprünglich ein Problem, was jedoch vom Personal unmittelbar behoben wurde. Die Lage des Hotels, die Aussicht, die Lage des tollen Pools sind einfach nur traumhaft schön. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, sehr nett, sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr exklusiv und hochwertig. Das Personal im Frühstücksbereich hat sich sehr proaktiv gekümmert. Vielen Dank dafür.
