Pros:

The staff I cannot say enough about the staff! They were extremely accommodating and attentive. Shoutout to Marie! From checking in until checkout her exceptional hospitality and welcoming presence at the property was unmatched!

Cons:

Everything honestly - only feedback I have that may be negative are the beds, they need to update those but also outside of the staffs control!

Fabulous hotel and staff!!!!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a great location in Taormina. Excellent service from all the staff in the hotel - reception, breakfast, pool area, luggage and cleaning. The breakfast selection is the best we experienced in a very long time!

Cons:

That we had to leave one day earlier due to volcano eruption.

Really lovely hotel. Highly recommend!
Pros:

This hotel is really lovely. It’s in a perfect location, 2 mins from the cable car to the beach and a 3 minute walk into central Taormina. The rooms are lovely and big with sea view balcony, the pool area is amazing 😍 great pool bar service, breakfast sooo good and the staff were super friendly. I’d really recommend staying here if if Taormina.
