Pros:

Very friendly people.
We had an issue with our car.
They went above and beyond to help us.
Local council took our car away, even though we had paid and displayed our ticket.
It was taken to a compound, due to a cycling event happening the next day.
Absolutely disgraceful.If you couldn't park your car there.Why didn't they close it to the public.
The owner of the Hotel took my husband 3 kilometres to the compound to get our car back.
160 euros later.What a racket going on here.A French couple also had their car taken.
A big thankyou to all the exceptional staff at the Hotel Roma.
Also thankyou for a wonderful breakfast.

Cons:

Having a legitimate pay and display ticket on my vehicle.
Underhanded my vehicle being taken to the compound.
Car park should of been closed to the public.

Accueil fabuleux par le directeur l'hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner, compris dans le prix, est varié et copieux.
L'hôtel dispose d'un parking sécurisé ( payant).
Emplacement idéal au coeur du centre d'Aoste.

Très bon séjour a Aoste
Pros:

Le personnel parle français et est très accueillant.Il y a un garage privé avec accès direct à l’hôtel qui lui même est en plein centre d’Aoste. Petit déjeuner très complet avec des bons produits locaux.

Cons:

La deco des chambres aurait besoin d’être refaite mais sinon rien à redire
