Muy buena onda del personal. Buen ambiente! Hay muchas actividades. Recarga de agua disponible. Ciertos días regalan cosas. El día que llegamos había pasta. Casi como el wine and cheese en algunos hoteles. Tiene ascensor! En general muy bien la experiencia. Ojo el desayuno es aparte.

Cons:

No es un hotel común. Es más un hostal mezclado con hotel . Había mucho olor a humedad en la habitación.

La ducha, las camas y sus sábanas!
Muy limpios todos los espacios comunes.
Laundry!!!
La terraza con sillas y mesas + cocina incluida.
La atención del grupo de recepción! Muy eficiente en resolución de problemas.

Cons:

Habría que mejorar el desayuno: la frecuencia y renovación de comida y bebidas acorde a las personas que presentan en el comedor.
Más torta de chocolate!

Pros:

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Fijne locatie. Dichtbij station en eetgelegenheden. Super dat je gratis koffie, thee en vers water kunt pakken! Kamer was sfeervol en ik had leuk uitzicht.

Cons:

De kamer was vies! Erg stoffig en de badkamer rook naar riool.
Verder is het wel gehorig, dus ik zou iedereen adviseren goede oordoppen mee te nemen!

A great location, close to the station and easy to access the city by foot.
Comfortable bed and warm shower. Large enough room which felt secure with a good door locking system.

Cons:

Can be a little confusing to find the location- because there are multiple names of hotels in 1 location, checking and understanding the different "hotels" on each level. Mix of a hostel and hotel.

Das war mal ein Hotel dass nun in ein Hostel eingegliedert wurde. Ostello Bello Florenz. Dies hier noch als Hotel zu listen ist Scam.

We had a nice experience, I recommend it because of the location and lovely staff.
Pros:

The room was nice, the location is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The breakfast was below the average and nobody came to clean our room or at least to give us clean towels or more toilet paper. We were there for three nights.

Ari is phenomenal and I think she has the best vibe and personality great location and good music and drinks easy walk to local restaurants and shopping and secure luggage storage will return you can even see the duomo and city view from my room

la habitación era amplia y con grandes ventanales a un patio interior, tranquila, limpia. Las camas eran muy comodas. El hotel se encuentra en la tercera planta de un gran edificio. En las demás plantas se gestionan otros alojamientos. Está a unos 10 minutos de la estación de tren de Florencia.

At first a search for a hotel....it appears hotel merlini with good-looking pictures.....after I did my booking I received messages from the provider which is ostello Bello....I mean it's an hostel.....sorry guys never again....this is my opinion....it changes nothing....the only good think is the location and the hot water...thank you
