Lovely bed and breakfast. Stayed there for nearly 2 weeks and had a great time. The room was clean, quiet, has AC and the location is very central. The staff are lovely and very helpful too. Would definitely come back!
The friendliness of the ladies on reception. Always smiling and greeting us and very helpful anytime we needed it. Definitely was the icing on the cake of a wonderful holiday in São Miguel and already wanting to return. Many thanks ladies for the lovely welcome.
Nothing. Our stay was lovely and restful after long days exploring the wonders of the Açores.
Great location. Great balcony. A bidet in the bathroom. The staff were very attentive. Bakery next-door. Parking on location. Decent breakfast, but some eggs would be nice. Bed was comfortable, very firm. 24 hour front desk.
The property could use some updating. Some of the doors were swollen and rubbed on the bottom. Could also use some wall art. It would also be nice if they had some type of folding beach chairs that you could borrow to take to the swimming areas that are concrete.
Parking available, nice and friendly stuff.

Instalaciones antiguas, nos tocó una habitación que tenía un olor desagradable como a si hubieran fumado en ella a pesar de estar prohibido. No obstante, al comentarlo en recepción me ofrecieron un cambio (aunque el único disponible daba para la calle y había más ruido).

Rooms were missing both a hair dryer and a fridge. We requested a hair dryer at reception and were provided with one to keep in the room, which was appreciated. However, I would expect a hair dryer to be a basic amenity provided in the room.

Le personnel admirable, extrêmement serviable, le calme de la chambre tout en étant proche du centre ville. Le service : prêt de parapluie, enregistrement et impression de mon billet d'avion, réveil le matin, petit-déjeuner à emporter pour mon départ à l'aéroport à 4h du matin, commande du taxi, réception ouverte 24h/24h et le tout avec le sourire!

Bolo veľmi čisto. Výmena uterákov a upratovanie bolo každý deň. Parkovisko bolo k dispozícii čo v centre mesta bolo super. Personál bol super.
Buena ubicación, personal amable y atento, habitación grande con balcón, con espacio de sobra y cama cómoda. En cuanto al desayuno, a pesar de no haber una enorme variedad, estaba bien

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they also prepared for us a meal package as we had to checkout before the normal breakfast hours.
There was Air conditioner in the room which came in handy when it was needed
The night clerk Rodrigo was an amazing help when we were stranded in Ponta Delgada due to a cancelled flight. Likewise, Therese helped us secure a tour to Furnas and was very kind and accommodating. They really helped make our stay wonderful.
Room was clean and comfortable, had a little balcony and free water aswell as air conditioning. The breakfast was not extremely special but it was quite all right with cheese, milk, juice, some fruit, bread, butter, coffee (the essentials). There is a station where you can get fresh cold water anytime (night and day), which we highly appreciated. The street leading to the hotel was quite narrow as many other streets in the city, but the hotel parking area is big and offers space for about 30 cars. Reception let us check-in quite late (shortly before 0100) and there is always staff at the reception desk. There is a bakery next door and the city center as well as the marine area is quite close (approx. 10 mins walking). The staff is kind and helpful. All in all the price-performance ratio is good and we were happy with our stay.
The negative part of the rooms was, that the walls were paper thin - you could hear everything your neighbours were doing, including watching tv, showering, and so on. Also the interior was quite dated. The hotel had an elevator, but before reaching the elevator there are about 5 steps you need to climb.
