Za novac koji smo potrošili i 4 zvjezdice kojima slovi hotel očekivali smo više.
Pros:

Osoblje u masažnom/terapijskom dijelu bazena je bilo jako susretljivo i ljubazno. Sve što smo ih pitali su odgovorili pristojno i informativno te su se vješto služili s četiri jezika (hrvatski, engleski, talijanski i njemački). Također, sami sadržaji bazena i masaža u ponudi su bili izvrsni - maseri profesionalni i maksimalno uslužni.

Cons:

Sobe su outdated - podovi u sobi 135 gdje smo odsjeli su izgrebani, ventilacija je bila puna prašine, vješalice u ormarima nisu mogle podnijeti niti težinu obične majice, "ljestvice" za sušenje ručnika nisu radile; posebno je smiješno bilo 6 rupčića za nos koje smo dobili u kupaonici; ručnici nisu promijenjeni svaki dan kako je najavljeno te je prvi dan nestalo sapuna za ruke u kupaoni. Rasvjeta sobe nema veliko glavno svjetlo, a utičnice iako rade, su svinute iznutra i potreban je značajan trud da bi se u njih uštekali punjači. Zidovi sobe su bili izudarani i zamrljani na mjestima. Hranu bismo ocijenili s 3/5; ništa posebno, ali je izbor bio bogat. Problematično je to što se svako piće van vode uz ručak ili večeru dodatno naplaćuje, što konobari prilikom uzimanja narudžbe ne govore, već samo ide pitanje "gotovina ili kartica?". Usluga u kafiću unutar hotela je isto bila jako spora - ako sjednete na terasu, iako smo bili jedan od dva stola gostiju, čekali smo za naručiti više od 10 minuta.

Отличный номер, отличные кровати, скоростной лифт.

Cons:

Для отеля такого уровня и стоимости нет даже приветственной бутылки воды. На все территории нет ни одного кулера с водой. Администратор предложила пить воду из крана. В спа зоне нет центрифуги для отжима мокрого белья.
