Pros:

Sve! Osjećali smo se ugodno, osoblje uslužno i pristojno, strpljivo. Hrana je još ukusnija i pozdravljamo proširenje odjela za djecu u predvorju. Sve je čisto i klimatizirano.

posizione perfetta per fare delle camminate, ascensori velocissimi, ascensore che dal piano della camera porta direttamente alla zona piscina, buffet vario e adatto anche a chi è vegetariano

Cons:

Al momento del check out ho saputo che mi è stato addebitato un costo del ristorante che invece non avevo fatto; in reception hanno controllato gli scontrini e non c'era nessuno scontrino, è stato un errore.
Area sauna chiusa per ristrutturazione.

Le centre aquatique avec plusieurs bassins. La taille des chambres et le rangement.
Buffet conséquent en termes de quantité

Hôtel vieillissant (en termes de piscine et d’équipements type clim) - ressemble plus à une piscine municipale/centre aquatique qu’à des thermes comme on pourrait l’imaginer
Insonorisation inexistante (on a l’impression que la fenêtre est ouverte en permanence, bruit des voitures)
Prix exorbitants par rapport à la qualité du lieu et des services - ratio prix/prestation incompréhensible

Ha jól emlékszem Katja kolléganő aki a kültéri medence melletti felszolgáló volt. Fiatal, fekete hajú pincérnő, elképesztően életunt és fásult volt minden nap. Olyan volt mint akinek világrengető fajdalom lenne italt kiadni.
