Pros:

La localisation est top et c'est propre. On est très satisfaits pour le prix.

Cons:

C'est rudimentaire en terme de qualité d'équipement. Le débit d'eau de la douche des toilettes et de l'évier est faible.

Le prix était bas, la chambre était propre, le lit était confortable.

Cons:

Difficile d'avoir la bonne température pour l'eau de la douche, vieille bâtisse qui a besoin de rénovations et de modernisation, pas de possibilités de se procurer de bouteilles d'eau.

The bed was very comfortable. I loved the Matisse prints on the wall!

Tiny shared bathroom, not very clean. The light in the room flickered for a few minutes before staying on.
There was no thermostat for the room.

Pros:

ロケーション。メトロ駅や中心部に近い。コンビニと薬局が徒歩2分。移動はほとんど徒歩で済みました。冷蔵庫で飲み物がよく冷える。
他の部屋と比べると良い部屋だったのかもしれません。

セキュリティ面
エレベーターがない。ルームキーおよびホテル玄関キー（夜間はゲストが自主的に閉める必要あり）が昔ながらの鍵で、セキュリティが心配。部屋の鍵はレバー型の古い鍵ひとつのみ（極端な話、数回ドアを蹴れば壊せそうだった）。

清潔面
廊下が綺麗ではない。シャワーのお湯が数分待たないと出ない。洗面台が狭く、物が置ける台やタオル掛けの真下に蓋がない便器があるため物を落とさないか気が気でなく、あまり清潔に感じなかった。エアコンの温度調節ができない。他のゲストへの来客を夜間に複数回見かけ、小さいホテルなのもあり少し不安に感じた。

色々書きましたが、ホテルのランクを考えるとこの程度かな、と思いました。不安はありましたが、快適か不快かと問われたら快適寄りでした。

Paying for the location
Pros:

The location was great, very close to Place des Arts.

Cons:

It's dirty! The facility is ok. Everything is old, which is ok, but they could work a bit harder on cleaning the place. I brought my bedding, pillows, and towels.
