Excellent Hotel !
Pros:

The staff was excellent especially VICTORIA, NATALIA and FRANC.
In addition, we want to praise the maid that found the ring of my wife that she lost in the room.

Cons:

The bathroom didn't have handles to hold when entering or leaving the bathroom.

An amazing holiday in a beautiful hotel and city.
Pros:

The hotel was amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They remembered your name which made the stay personable. The breakfast buffet was the best I have had in Europe. The hotel was in a quiet area of the old town and in walking distance of restaurants, shopping and the pier.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike about the property.

Pros:
