Hotel Residence Agnes

I liked the warm welcome and the constant friendliness of the staff. They take a pride in their work and it shows. Very hospitable which was much appreciated. Lovely vibe there.

This was THE BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I've ever had in my life. This place is real. Real in every way. Where you see wood it's real wood and not just plywood but solid wood. Where you see marble or granite, it's not some nice ceramics it is the real stuff. And the service, SERVICE IS 13 OUT OF 10. This place blew my mind. The owner has exquisite and wonderful taste. Don't miss this.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Das gesamte Ambiente ist wunderschön.

We were treated like family by Frank and his staff. From the welcoming beer, the delicious breakfast buffet, help with daily plans and directions, to the airport transfers - everything was superior. We enjoyed our stay. Don't hesitate to reserve a room!

This place is a gem. Location is incredible, the breakfast is amazing, and the staff goes out of their way to help you. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Hotel residence Agnes is a boutique hotel is a gem that is very nice,and very well located. The rooms are clean, large and modern with many amenities. The thing that really sets this hotel apart is the staff and the service. The owner Frank, is always around, friendly and helpful. A staff member personally meets you at the door after being transported by their car from the airport. You are offered a drink, maps of the city, suggestions for places to go and offered personalized tours.. This top level service continues throughout your stay. Breakfast is included and has many selections, crepes, pastries,eggs etc. all the food was delicious. All of the staff are personable and interact with you but are never overbearing.

I highly recommend staying here if you visit Prague.

L’accoglienza: Denisa ci ha accolti non con un bancone, ma con una birra fresca in salotto. Ha letteralmente riscritto i nostri itinerari, suggerendoci posti autentici e riuscendo a prenotare per noi un ristorante esclusivo dove noi avevamo fallito. Un ringraziamento speciale anche al Titolare Frank, Natalie, Viktoria, Stephan, Fanda e gli altri dello staff dii cui non ricordiamo i nomi, per la loro squisita simpatia e i racconti sulla vita locale.

La Camera (205): Una Deluxe di 20mq, luminosissima e silenziosa, affacciata sul giardino di una scuola materna. Pulizia millimetrica e un letto che garantisce riposo vero dopo i 15km a piedi quotidiani.

Il Wow Moment: Abbiamo dimenticato il telefono nel van per il Castello. Non solo lo staff ha gestito il recupero, ma il Titolare in persona, nonostante i numerosi arrivi in hotel, ci ha riaccompagnati in auto fin davanti all'ingresso del Castello per non farci perdere la mattinata.

Se cercate una camera, andate ovunque. Se cercate qualcuno che si prenda cura del vostro viaggio, venite qui."

"Staying at Residence Agnes (from April 28th to May 2nd) felt like being guests of dear friends who own a palace in the heart of Prague. From the very beginning with the airport transfer—impeccable van, travel guide, and city map already waiting for us—it was clear that the attention to detail was going to be off the charts.

The Welcome: Denisa greeted us not at a cold reception desk, but with a fresh beer in the lounge. She literally curated our itineraries, suggesting authentic local spots and even securing a reservation at an exclusive restaurant where we had previously failed to book. A special thank you to the Owner Frank, Natalie, Viktoria, Stephan, Fanda and the rest of the team for their exquisite kindness and the fascinating stories about local life.

The Room (205): A 20sqm Deluxe room, incredibly bright and quiet, overlooking a charming preschool garden. Spotless cleaning and a bed that guaranteed true restorative sleep after walking 15km every day.

The 'Wow' Moment: We accidentally left a phone in the shuttle to the Castle. Not only did the staff recover it immediately, but the Owner himself—despite being busy with several new arrivals—personally drove us back to the Castle entrance so we wouldn’t waste a single moment of our morning.

If you are just looking for a room, you can go anywhere. But if you want someone to truly take care of your journey, come here."

The intimate setting of a boutique hotel was amazing. It was close to attractions but out of the hustle and bustle. The staff was so accommodating and helpful in every way. They felt like family. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it! AMAZING.

אירוח אדיב ונהדר, נתנו לנו ממש הרגשה ביתית.
החדר היה גדול ונעים.
ארוחת בוקר נפלאה.
קיבלנו שתייה חופשית כולל תה, קפה, בירה ועוד במהלך כל השהות ואפילו הסעה על חשבונם בחזרה לשדה התעופה.

Loved our experience at this hotel. Stayed 6 nights. From the included pickup at the airport by the cheery Paul to Victoria and Frank and Stefan, Lucas and every member of the staff, they are the most helpful team you can possibly have. Our room was quiet and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Loved the espresso machine available all day and there is a gingerbread store next door- yum! The location is great and you can walk or easily catch tram etc to all the major sites. You can pay extra to have laundry done if needed. Highly recommend this amazing hotel and staff!

Úžasný hotel – izba, raňajky, poloha ... Personál bol mimoriadne ochotný a postaral sa o všetko od A po Z. Pobyt nám spríjemnili na maximum. Určite sa sem vrátime.
