La limpieza y el trato del personal
Que solicité una cama grande y al final fueron dos individuales
Atención del personal.
Las almohadas de la cama. El aire acondicionado no se podía regular.
Hotel molt nét amb bons equipaments i habitació molt confortable.
A l’haver obres al carrer era un poc complicat l’entrada. L’aire acondicionat no es podia apagar. Si que es pot regular ventilació i temperatura però està encés sempre que estàs a l’habitació
El personal del hotel entró en mi habitación estando yo dentro, el servicio de habitaciones no funcionaba y nadie cogió el teléfono tras una hora de llamadas constantes, me negaron la cena por no haber contratado media pensión y el mini bar estaba lleno de productos vacíos que había gastado la persona que hubiese estado antes que yo en la habitación. Todo muy bien la verdad.
Hotel ben situat per anar a València en cotxe.
El personal és amabilíssim amb un tracte familiar que et fa sentir com a casa.
Els àpats estupendos. L'esmorzar amb varietat i bona presentació i amb suc de taronja natural. El sopar genial amb qualitat i quantitat. Parquing gratuït tancat i vigilat. Relació qualitat-preu per a nosaltres molt bona i sense els extres que et trobes a la majoria d'hotels.
Al bany hi ha banyera i ens estimem més dutxa.

Limpieza de la habitación
La limpieza de fuera de la habitación, ruidos en la habitación, estaba el restaurante vacío y me dijeron que no me daban de cenar porque estaba lleno… eran las 21:30 y cerraban a las 22:30

Tutto ... hotel elegante il personale gentile ed educato e premuroso, la stanza bellissima pulita meticolosamente, cioccolatini di accoglienza in camera molto graditi, bagno moderno pulitissimo completo di ogni comfort, asciugamani di qualità. Colazione strepitosa molto ricca . Un complimento particolare ad Ettore il ragazzo delle Colazioni che e di una gentilezza imbarazzante. E stato un soggiorno molto molto piacevole ! Limpieza, habitación amplia.
Olores del entorno al abrir las ventanas, decoración de la piscina. El ascensor estaba estropeado y lo tenían funcionando sin avisar .
