Piacevole vacanza all'Hotel Santa Faz. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene. Hotel consigliato
Pros:

La posizione centrale, vicinissima sia al centro che alle spiagge, e poi bisogna fare un plauso al personale per la cortesia sempre dimostrata anche tangibilmente offrendoci due bottiglie di vino e prestandoci anche l'ombrellone per la spiaggia. La colazione, anche se di qualità discreta, potrebbe essere migliorabile. Anche la cena non era male anche se un pò monotona. Per ultimo vorrei sottolineare il rapporto qualità-prezzo veramente insuperabile con riferimento a strutture della medesima categoria.

Cons:

La camera era minimale, forse qualche altro suppellettile non sarebbe stato male e poi era rumorosa nel senso che l'isolamento delle pareti era veramente insufficiente.

Enjoyable stay , would stay again
Pros:

Comfy beds , helpful staff , hot shower , regular maid service . Food Ok Great location

Cons:

Only issue was very thin partition walls . Could even hear someone scrolling on their phone in the next room . Noisy guests banging on door during night but this is not the fault of the hotel

Pros:

The staff were very friendly, excellent customer service from the moment we arrived, carrying our cases up the stairs and seeing if we knew the area. The 2 rooms we had were spotlessly clean.

Cons:

Our initial room had a shower that was so small, I couldn't get in it, so we had to change rooms for a walk in shower. Our initial room had a fabulously big balcony with the sun in the afternoon. Our new room had a tiny balcony on the colder side of the hotel. The contentental breakfast was ok, but the English left a lot to be desired.

Great hotel and location
Pros:

Have stayed here several times because it is such a great location. This time was better than ever, a huge room, great walk in shower, all the staff very friendly and the food that we had was good quality and nice and hot.

Great place!
Pros:

Fantastic location right in the old town. Really friendly and helpful staff. I had breakfast and dinner included and it was great. It's good value for money.

Cons:

The area is noisy at night and the walls are thin too, so noise penetrates from room to room. Take ear plugs.
