Pros:

Emplacement idéal , à côté de tout les lieux à visiter . Les patrons ou le personnel sont adorable et bienveillant.
Ils nous avons avait surclassé avec vu sur le dôme du rocher incroyable . Le rooftop est juste exceptionnel .

הנוף מהחדר היה מקסים המיקום מצויין בשוק קרוב להכל

אין מנעול לדלת של המרפסת הייתה פתוחה כל הזמן
מלא כתמים על הכריות והסדנים ריהוט ממש ישן הינו חמשה בחדר שלמנו יותר מ 1000 ש״ח אך שלא קבלנו תמורה עבור מה שילמנו רמת נקיון נמוכה מאוד וזה הכי חשוב בשבילנו !

Чудесный отель, в старом городе ! Отличное обслуживание, завтраки , стойка регистрации работает 24/7. Работники всегда рады помочь, очень безопасное место, рядом все духовные места ) вид на город очень впечатляет, вы можете вечером наблюдать прекрасный закат , пить чай( который бесплатно у них) . Очень душевное место !!!Вернусь еще раз в этот отель

Beautiful place and given the challenging realities all around managing an excellent, comfortable hotel.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the breakfast ...my kids did not like it at all and also I had great expectations due to the photos which showed yummy food. It was wonderful to go up to the roof but disappointed that it was not possible to buy drinks or food there. Seems like a perfect spot for a restaurant, especially as nothing else was open in the old city, hopefully next time and definitively will come back.

This hotel masterfully delivers a premium package of frustrations:Fake Double Bed: They simply pushed two single beds together. They kept separating all night.Terrible Location: Prepare for a forced 15-minute hike just to get anywhere.Broken TV: The television was just a useless wall ornament that refused to turn on.No Fridge: Apparently, keeping your drinks cold is a futuristic luxury they cannot afford.Save your money. Avoid this place unless you love walking, sweating, and staring at a blank screen.

Pros:

Hashimi Hotel is right in the centre of Jerusalem's Old City, within walking distance of major sites like the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the Via Dolorosa, and the Al‑Aqsa Mosque. There is a rooftop terrace with a great view of the Old City and the Dome of the Rock. The rooms are not big, but the location is very convenient for exploring the Old City.

When I checked in, they kindly upgraded me from a single room to a double room, which was a nice surprise.

One small downside is that the soundproofing is not great. During the day, you can hear children running and jumping around downstairs, but at night it is usually quiet and does not affect sleep.

What touched me the most was the staff, who were all incredibly warm and helpful.

On my first evening, a young man at the front desk offered me water and took me up to the best viewing terrace on the rooftop to see the night view. On my last night, I came back from the Dead Sea at 9:30 pm. I just wanted to get a bottle of water downstairs, but I happened to meet him again. He asked if I was hungry. I thought he would just give me a wrap, but he went to the kitchen and brought me a full plate of food, plus another plate of fruit. It was so generous. Since I had to check out at 5 am the next morning, I wrote him a thank‑you note by hand and left it at the front desk.

Having such genuine kindness in Jerusalem made my stay truly memorable.

As a solo female traveller, I also felt very safe throughout my stay. The hotel is secure and the staff are always around, which gave me extra peace of mind, especially in the current uncertain times.

If you want to stay in the Old City and experience local hospitality, Hashimi Hotel is a great choice. Given the current situation, the hotel business has certainly been affected, but I still hope more people can come and support this wonderful hotel. It deserves to stay open and continue offering its warm welcome to travellers from all over the world.

שהייה נהדרת ומיוחדת, עם מיקום מצוין, שירות נעים וחוויה שאנחנו בהחלט ממליצים עליה.
Pros:

הייתה לנו חוויה מצוינת במלון. המיקום פשוט מעולה, ממש בלב השוק ובקרבה רבה למסגד אל-אקצא. שירות נעים, אווירה מיוחדת ומיקום שקשה לבקש טוב ממנו. ממליץ מאוד.

Cons:

אהבנו הכול, לא מצאנו משהו שלא אהבנו. השהייה הייתה נעימה ומוצלחת מאוד.
