Everything, staff would not offer any flexibility
Quiet, large spaces. Clean. Lot of windows. Good views. Sauna and gym.
The beds were foam and made my husband and I sweaty. The pillows were big and hard. The main seating area was a bar. Outside seating had a noisy extractor. I finally found one other outside seating area, quiet, with a good view. But seating is scarce if you don’t want to drink. The swimming pool was very strong smelling of chemicals.
Comfortable bed, spacious room, nice shower, easy checkin. Plenty of space for my wife's wheelchair.
USB socket by the bed did not work.
Ordered breakfast in bedroom. Food was good but no fresh coffee. In fact we got a pot which was empty apart from a couplel of spoonfuls of dry instant coffee. I think it is reasonable to expect fresh coffee in a hotel.
Location
No Internet connection on the smart screens.
Lovely spa. Warm pool. Well equipped gym. Beautiful place for an afternoon tea too.

Extremely well equipped and comfortable Golf Hotel but you dont need to be a golfer to stay there if you are in the area. Large bedroom, well equipped bathroom with lots of hot water, extremely comfortable beds, good breakfast spread, plenty of room lighting and plug sockets, the availability of a small bottle of fresh milk left outside your door in the morning (nice touch). Plenty of free car-parking.
Definitely need your own car to stay there as it is in the middle of nowhere and a long driveway from the road to the hotel.
Good spacious rooms, good breakfast choices
Bar lounge can be very noisy - it's open and excitable golf groups dominate. Some breakfast items can be cold.
