Ideal for one night stay. Pricey for what was offered.
Pros:

Breakfast not included in the price.
Centrally located.
Receptionist helpful and no problems with checking in/out.
Room quiet and bed very comfortable and got a good nights sleep.
Bathroom was well appointed, with excellent shower.

Cons:

Stayed in room 2 in the new annexe. Room was compact, no problems for single occupancy. There was no Wi-Fi in the annexe. You had to go to the hotel reception to get a signal.

Great stay, perfect location and very good value for money. 5/5
Pros:

Location is central, and I'd say perfect too. Close to all important POI's, and also just bit on the side so you don't have the noise. Staff was attentive, plenty of towels, etc. All good here.

Cons:

Rooms could be bit more soundproofed (internally). But that's just detail.

Accueil très sympathique. Le check in se fait à l hôtel qui est ouvert 24/24 Vous pouvez venir avant votre chek in jusqu'en voiture et vous garer dans le parking privé qui est juste à côté. Chambre spatieuse et très propre. Très bonne literie. Très bien placé dans en plein cœur de ville.

Fint rum. Men tyvärr luktade illa i badrummet just när man öppnade vattnet i tvättstället och även i duschen.

Pros:

Great location within Olbia, within minutes of many restaurants, cafe's and gelato shops. The room was facing a back yard and was nice and quiet. The mattress and pillow were comfortable. It was quick and easy to check in at the reception of the hotel next door. The bathroom is immense (though the room itself is rather small).

Cons:

My main complaint about this place is the lack of WiFi in the room. Granted, I checked the reservation details again after arriving, and sure enough it does not list internet access among the amenities -- so that's my bad for not verifying ahead of time, but in this day and age somehow one assumes that this would be available. I was unfortunately in Olbia for a work conference so this really got in the way.
