Buena zona
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena en un área concurrida con muchos restaurantes y panaderías y muy cerca de una estación del tren. La calle del hotel es callada.

Cons:

En las habitaciones con baño, el excusado y la ducha están incorporados directamente en la habitación. Si viaja acompañado, debe saber que el baño en la habitación no es una sala aparte que permita la privacidad.

Ottima esperienza: staff gentilissimo, camera pulita e posizione perfetta per visitare Parigi.
Pros:

Io e la mia amica avevamo prenotato una camera con bagno condiviso, ma i gestori ci hanno gentilmente assegnato una camera con bagno privato. Sebbene fosse piccola e situata al quarto piano senza ascensore, l’abbiamo trovata molto pulita, accogliente e funzionale (con microonde e bollitore). Ci sono stati forniti anche gli asciugamani. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. Inoltre, la posizione è ottima, a due passi dalla metro e da diversi servizi.

No esperaba una habitación así.
Pros:

La ubicación, tenia heladerita y un calentador de agua que estuvieron geniales.

Cons:

No sé podía utilizar el baño de la habitación. Por suerte fueron solo dos noches que lo usábamos para dormir. Pero el baño entrabas vos o cerraba la puerta. También la noche era muy insoportable el calor y dormimos mal sin nada de ventilación. Preferís ir al baño que calentar agua. O un ventilador para poder dormir antes que tener heladera. Pero bueno no estábamos en todo el día.

A localização era boa, perto de metro linha 9,e os funcionários também super simpáticos.Tem microondas e frigobar.
Acho que é mais vocacionado para jovens.No geral o preço qualidade está ok.

Cons:

Quinto andar sem elevador com malas é um bocado sofrível.MAis vocacionado para pessoal que vai passar poucos dias e leva pouca bagagem.
Não houve recolha do lixo do quarto durante a estadia.Mesmo que não fizessem limpeza ou troca de toalhas deveriam recolher o lixo e ver se há papel higiênico por exemplo.
A banheira do quarto era muito estreita.Uma pessoa de porte grande com certeza terá muiiiitas dificuldades em entrar no banheiro.Mesmo para pessoa menor o fato de ser muito estreito e alto pode ocasionar acidente.A minha mãe aleijou-se num braço.Tem de se procurar jeito para sair.

Mi estancia en el Hotel Richard
Pros:

Tiene una parada de bus justo al salir y a cinco minutos se encuentra la estación Volteare. Es muy céntrico, hay muchos lugares para comer y la atención es muy agradable.

Cons:

Está un poco deteriorado.
