Basement rat trap.
Pros:

Leaving it.

Cons:

Doesn't look anything like the pictures. My room was located down a filthy staircase that was lined with rat traps in a basement. Sheets were clean, but the room smelt like covered up mould.

We loved the location. Very close to tube and all amenities.

Cons:

The room was quite small. Our room was at the very top of the property, and no lift. No AC just two fans. The decor was very dated. Considering the location, the price was reasonable.

La posizione è perfetta! Con la Notting Hill gate station a due passi.

Cons:

Stanza piccola, ma la vera pecca è l'assenza dell'aria condizionata. Un ventilatore per una stanza così calda è assurdo. La posizione è ottima il resto abbastanza scarso. Siamo stati la i giorni più caldi di Londra ed è stata una tortura. Magari il resto dell'anno è almeno vivibile.
Solo un componente dello staff era cordiale.

Air con, clean comfy bed, TV, private bathroom.

Cons:

Noisy (lots of movement/activity during the early hours). Apps on the smart TV don't work (won't load) so couldn't watch YouTube or Netflix - not sure if weak WiFi or old TV?

Location and staff are the best thing about this hotel.
Pros:

The staff were very pleasant and friendly.
The location is phenomenal.
We went to see Jesus C S S, London Palladium, after the show we were back in the hotel within 30 mins using the underground.

Cons:

The first room we were offered was in the basement room 4, no natural light, meant only as a single room, half width wardrobe, two narrow bedside cabinet drawers for all clothes, and this was for three adults, after two nights we strongly requested a relocation of room and we were moved to a 1st floor room 9, massive window leading onto balcony where you could have your meals at. I suggest that you ask what room you are being allocated before booking. If it is a basement room 1-4, accept only of the price is right.

Great location - less great room
Pros:

The location is incredible and aircon was excellent for the London Heatwave. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Very small, dingy, basement room with practically no light. Fine for a night or two but would find different accom for a longer stay.

La ubicacion es el unico punto importante positivo del hotel. Queda en un barrio precioso y a pocos metros de la estacion mas cercana
Lo otro que puedo destacar son los recepcionistas que todos eran muy amables.

Cons:

Por la relacion precio- calidad. No lo recomiendo. Es costoso pero es una hostal mas que hotel.
-No hacen la habitacion o al menos no en todas las habitaciones y por los comentarios a varios les paso. Solo estiran las sabanas y mal, y dejan toallas. Sacan la basura y ya.
- la habitacion a pesar de que era chica cumplia la función. Pero el estado de esta no era optimo. De hecho tenia algunos ganchos de las cortinas que faltaban y esta se veia a medio poner.
- no es hotel, puesto que no tiene algo tan basico como aire acondicionado. Y en verano la verdad que es necesario
-Considera que no tiene ascensor, nos toco unn piso 4 incluso haciendo la reservacion con una niña de 3 años. Y no fue posible cambiar a otra habitacion mas acesible por razones obvias.

Es lindo el edificio pero podria mejorar. Cortinas bonitas en mejor estado , aire aconodicinado, servicio de habitacion real y completo

Never again very poor service and poor quality

I was robbed by the hotel standards. Soon as I entered the room I walked out room was not suitable for my family. Also not baby cot provided. I still paid for the hotel i didn't stay at all.

Hotel room too small it felt like I was going get suffocated. The guy never offered me anything else what's so ever.

Otima localização, bom para dormitorio para turistar.
Pros:

Os atendentes são bem simpaticos, portaria 24hr o que foi otimo pq chegamos de madrugada no Hotel. As camas são super confortaveis e o banheiro bem espaçoso. Wifi gratis e de boa qualidade. A localização do hotel é a melhor parte, super bem localizado, perto do metro, de bons restaurantes. O valor é justificado só pela localização.

Cons:

Muitas escadas e um pouco apertada pra subir com as malas. O hotel é bem simples, então no quarto falta comodidades como um frigobar ou ar condicionado, no verão pode ficar um pouco desconfortável. Mas pra quem vai pra turistar e o hotel serve só pra dormir, esta mais que suficiente.
