Nice location and our room was very neat with Air conditioning and fan.
Pros:

The room was okay and neat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. If you are not familiar with London, the location is perfect for you for tourist attractions. Access to everything London is known for.

Cons:

climbing the stairs to the fourth floor was stressful for my family and no lifts.

Ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli ancora prima dell'orario del check in.

Cons:

La nostra camera era piccolissima, senza armadio e cassettiera per poter appoggiare qualcosa. Abbiamo trovato la tenda staccata (dopo la pulizia potevano sistemarla prima di far entrare il cliente), bagno senza appendini per gli asciugamani e senza nessuna mensola per poter appoggiare qualche prodotto.
Assenza di ascensore e per chi soggiorna al 3 piano è difficoltoso portare tutte le valigie.

Pros:

La ubicación era perfecta cerca del metro y del bus y la calle preciosa. Pudimos ver todo el barrio de notting hill andando comodamente. Nos dejaron guardar nuestras maletas antes y despues del check in y tambien nos dejaron adaptadores. Servicio de limpieza y recepcion todo el dia

Cons:

Las paredes estaban un poco sucias y no habia aire acondicionado(pero es normal ya que es londres) . Teniendo en cuenta la relacion calidad precio no son puntos negativos destacables
