Great Place to explore Siracusa without car
Pros:

Very nice people, they let me check-in before the official time and are very helpfull and friendly.
With some luck you can find a patkingspot for free in the street, during the night it is very easy.
It‘s just a short walk to Ortigia, the historical center.

Cons:

The breakfast was good, but I would have loved to have some „panini“

Purtroppo il soggiorno non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative.
Partendo dal servizio e dalla gestione dei clienti: sono celiaca e prima del soggiorno ho inviato ben tre messaggi tramite la chat di Booking per chiedere conferma sulla disponibilità di opzioni senza glutine a colazione (servizio che avevo già regolarmente pagato all'interno della tariffa inclusa). Non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Solo dopo aver chiamato di mia iniziativa, mi è stato comunicato che ci sarebbe stato un supplemento di 5€ al giorno. Ci tengo a precisare che questo costo extra non era specificato da nessuna parte al momento della prenotazione.
All'arrivo, l'accoglienza è stata, a mio avviso, del leggermente fuori luogo: sono stata salutata e identificata fin da subito come "quella con i problemi di alimentazione" (sottoforma di battuta, naturalmente, ma comunque abbastanza inopportuna direi). Nonostante l’enfasi per averci assegnato una camera superior (come a mo’ di favore), la realtà dei fatti è stata ben diversa. Sulla pulizia sorvolo per carità, ma ritrovare quasi ogni giorno capelli neri su asciugamani e lenzuola 'pulite' è inaccettabile per qualsiasi struttura.
Per quanto riguarda la colazione senza glutine, a fronte del supplemento richiesto, le opzioni erano pressoché inesistenti: giusto un paio di prodotti confezionati da discount (Lidl) e la frutta.
Gli unici aspetti positivi sono la posizione strategica per raggiungere Ortigia a piedi e la vicinanza alla stazione degli autobus.
In conclusione, non ci spieghiamo davvero come la struttura possa vantare questo punteggio o la sua classificazione: il metro di giudizio ci sfugge.
In sintesi: esperienza non troppo positiva.
