The Suites and Apartments are located in a separate area from the main building, surrounded by the greenery of our private park.

Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. This does not apply to non-refundable rates.

Cleaning is done only at the end of the stay for the apartments, while for the rooms it is daily.

Air conditioning is available from approx. Mid-June to Mid-September at Management's discretion.

Tolle Anlage, mit Blick von dem einem Pool direkt auf den Gardasee. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und haben für nächstes Jahr unseren dritten Aufenthalt gebucht.

Cons:

Wir hatten für 3 Personen gebucht hatten aber nur 2 Liegen , auf Nachfrage hätten wir eine Liege bezahlen müssen , bei Regen kann man nicht draußen sitzen da das Vordach kaputt war, Reinigung war auch nicht toll, Frühstück nicht abwechslungsreich, wir kommen schon viele Jahre in dieses Hotel ,ich weiß genau was es gibt hat sich nichts verändert

Das Frühstück ist außerordentlich gut und das Personal - alle - sehr freundlich! Das Personal muss man besonders hervorheben, denn die haben wirklich Stress! Aber sind immer freundlich! Das Frühstück ist wirklich mit allem, was man sich wünscht! Und vorallem auch einen guten italienischen Cafe - bei Bestellung an der Bar
- aber sogar der Automatenkaffee ist super! Man kriegt von Wurst, Käse, Rühreier, Spiegeleier, Frühstückseier, dunkle und helle Brotsorten alles

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren uns zu hart!
Die Aussenanlagen wären renovierungsbedürftig und etwas ungepflegt!
Die vielen Hunde - da teilweise die Hundebsitzer ihre Hunde nicht im Griff haben!
Dass es überhaupt keinen Kompromiss wegen einer Datumsverschiebung gibt! Wir hatten 3 Tage gebucht, hätten aber um einen Tag nach hinten verschieben müssen, da gab es überhaupt keinen Kompromiss! Obwohl laut booking frei gewesen wäre! Schon als unsere Tochter damals in der ersten Nacht Blindarm bekam und wir nach Hause und ins Krankenhaus mussten, gab es - trotz ärtzlichem Attest- keine Gutschrift! Geldrückgabe hätten wir nicht mal erwartet, aber vielleicht einen Tag Gutschrift - das wir 6 Nächte umsonst bezahlen mussten! Da ist bei der "Hotelkette Parc Hotels Italia" unbedingt Vorsicht geboten! Reiseversicherung unbedingt abschließen, was wir bei dieser Reise damals nicht gemacht haben! (Unsere Schuld) Wir hatten schon öfter bei dieser Hotelkette übernachtet!

Wir waren jetzt zum 10ten mal im Hotel Germano. Jedes mal war alles super. Das Frühstück, die Zimmer, der Parking und überhaupt die ganze Anlage ist TOP :-)

Cons:

Ein kleiner Punkt zu bemängeln ist die Klimaanlage/Heizung. Wenn man sie ausschaltet springt sie irgendwann wieder an.
Und sie macht ziemlich viel Lärm.

Empfehlenswert vor allem für Leute mit Hunden!!!!

Ist das hundefreundlichste Hotel gewesen, das ich bis jetzt besucht habe! Sehr zuvorkommendes und nettes Personal, was sich auch auf die Gäste übertragen hat! Man fühlte sich willkommen und wohl!!

Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen. ⁹

Nähe zum Strand ist super.
Die Parkanlage mit den Pools ist auch toll.
Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Im Appartement waren einige Mängel.
Beide Fernseher funktionierten nicht.
Eine Schranktüre ließ sich nicht schließen und eine Steckdose hing aus der Wand.
Die große Anzahl von Hunden im Frühstücksraum.(Wintergarten)

Die Lage und die Größe des Apartments

Cons:

Möbel sind schon abgewohnt, Sofa ist durch … Kochplatten mit Rost und keine Spülmaschine
Im Wellnessbereich kein Duschgel und Handtücher und nur warmes Wasser zum Trinken, auch konnte man nicht an die Luft, da die Türen abgeschlossen waren
