Great green hotel, big rooms, dog friendly, as + charged for el car
Pros:

Hotel with great area, not so far from Bardolino center (10 min by walk), very green, a lot of space around, pet-friendly. Great staff.

Cons:

a little issue with warm water - you need to wait to get it warm.

Pros:

Die parkähnlich angelegte, komfortable Hotelanlage zieht uns seit Jahren immer wieder nach Bardolino. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Bei gutem Wetter kann man das Frühstück auf der großen Terrasse des Restaurants mit Blick auf den Gardasee genießen. Die Suiten sind geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügen jeweils über eine eigene Terrasse. Zum Empfang stand für uns wie gewohnt eine Flasche Secco in der gut gefüllten Minibar bereit. Parkmöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden (u.a. Tiefgarage). In wenigen Gehminuten sind der See und die Innenstadt zu erreichen. Wenn man nicht im Hotelrestaurant essen möchte, empfiehlt sich ein Besuch der nahegelegenen gemütlichen Osteria Al Capitel (5 min. zu Fuß).

Cons:

Leider ist die Anlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der weitläufige Außenbereich wirkte bei unserem Besuch Anfang Mai nicht gut gepflegt. Unkraut stand teils auf Wegen und in Beeten. Sträucher waren in die Wege hineingewachsen, Blumenkästen und -töpfe noch nicht bepflanzt. Schade, aber beim nächsten Mal ist bestimmt alles wieder tipptopp!

A lovely spacious green complex with great facilities, a short walking distance for the town
Pros:

Spacious apartment over 2 floors. 2 bedrooms and 2 en suite bathrooms. Lovely setting in green gardens. Nice swimming pool and great buffet breakfast (pay extra). Bus stop just across the road.

Cons:

A little away from the town but the super green gardens and pool made up for it

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

The hotel was lovely. Our 2 bedroomed apartment was perfect, spotlessly clean and very spacious with lots of storage. We had breakfast each morning for €15 and it was well worth it. Lots of choice, lovely coffees. The views over the lake from the drinks verandah at night were beautiful and drinks very reasonable.

Cons:

Not one thing, loved it and will return.

Schön gelegene Anlage, apartments entsprechen aber nicht **** Niveau
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann zu Fuß nach Bardolino in den Ort hinein laufen. Ein Pluspunkt ist die Tiefgarage, die kostenlos genutzt werden kann.

Cons:

Die Apartments sind leider nicht so komfortabel eingerichtet und schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Stühle im Wohnbereich sind eine Katastrophe, so dass man maximal 10 Minuten sitzen kann um keine Rückenschmerzen zu bekommen, da die Stuhllehnen nicht gepolstert sind. Die Kleiderschränke waren leider nicht sauber, so dass wir vor dem einräumen der Kleidung selbst putzen mussten. Auch hatten wir den Eindruck, dass die Decken, die auf den Laken zur Verfügung gestellt werden, nach jedem Bettenwechsel nicht gereinigt wurden. Auch muss man für Bademäntel und Pool Handtücher nochmals Geld bezahlen wenn man ein Appartment angemietet hat. Die Suiten erhalten diese Leistungen kostenlos, so dass wir uns als Appartment Nutzer etwas schlechter gestellt gefühlt haben. Ein Wechsel von Handtüchern wird auch nur gegen einen Aufpreis angeboten. Eine kostenlose Reinigung mit Handtuch-und Bettwäschewechsel erfolgt erst nach sieben Tagen!!
Sehr positiv zu bewerten, ist das Essen im Restaurant sowie der Gepäck Service!
