Consigliatissima Oasi Lake! 10e lode!
Pros:

Personale professionale, estremamente gentile e disponibile, camera sempre pulita, ottimo il ristorante dell’hotel , squisita e ricca la colazione inclusa, spiaggia pulita e posizione super! Consigliatissima l’Oasi Lake! Spero proprio di poterci tornare il prossimo anno!

Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida settimana in coppia in questa struttura e tutto è stato ben oltre le nostre aspettative. La posizione è eccezionale, direttamente sulla spiaggia e comodissima per godersi il mare in totale relax.
L'eleganza degli ambienti e la pulizia impeccabile hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Cons:

L'unico aspetto che non ci ha soddisfatto è stato il ristorante serale sulla spiaggia, che abbiamo trovato inadeguato rispetto al livello della struttura. I piatti proposti non rispecchiano la qualità e la cura che caratterizzano il resto dell'esperienza.

posizione sul mare: unica nota positiva innegabile. Bagnini gentili che ci hanno assegnato 1 fila essendo mia madre disabile

La struttura avrebbe tanto da sistemare. mi sembra che sia rimasta indietro a 20 anni fa. Per quello che costa, mi sembra vengano fatti interventi di manutenzione minimi per massimizzare il profitto.
Soggiorno con mia madre (disabile).Abbiamo segnalato dal primo giorno che l'aria condizionata nonostante fosse accesa non riusciva a freddare l'ambiente. Appena arriviamo sentiamo una signora lamentarsi per lo stesso motivo. Appena ci rendiamo conto del problema chiediamo il cambio stanza ma non ci viene riconosciuto. Il minibar (per appoggiare farmaci di mia madre vista la camera infuocata) non funzionava, anzi, il frigo emetteva un calore spropositatao. Su 4 giorni di soggiorno, segnaliamo quotidianamente il problema ma ci viene ogni volta risposto in modo dimesso che "i manutentori stanno verificando e che il problema è anche stato riscontrato in altre stanze". Ovviamente il problema non è stato risolto. Non sono state rispettate nemmeno le regole base dell'hospitality (omaggi per scusarsi o altro tipo di "coccola").Mi è stato riconosciuto un indennizzo che non mi è stato nemmeno corrisposto tramite booking ma in contanti (con ricevuta). Scriverò anche opportuna comunicazione alla direzione.
Non è possibile che una struttura con queste tariffe nel 2026 abbia condizionatori di 20 anni fa che non funzionano.
Ho girato tutto il mondo e lo trovo inammissibile. Per quella cifra troverete sicuramente di meglio.

Come le altre volte abbiamo trascorso un periodo piacevole.

Прекрасное место , я бы еще вернулась туда .

Хороший пляж , у каждого номера свои закрепленные шезлонги, дружелюбный персонал . На завтрак много выпечки , фруктов .

La struttura in sè è molto bella, ad un passo dal mare.La cucina ottima, dalla colazione alla cena.

La camera che ci è capitata non era eccezionale, era piano terra ma non si vedeva il mare...sarebbe stato bello soggiornare in una bella camera vista mare visto che la struttura è proprio sulla sabbia, ma avendo prenotato all'ultimo minuto ci siamo accontentati...speriamo di tornare e soggiornare in un camera più all'altezza dell'ambiente e dell'hotel in generale
