There was so much attention to detail. The breakfast wasn't just copious, it was laid out beautifully. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and booked a taxi for us.

The owner entered in the middle of the night to our room, then joked about it.

Cons:

The manager went into our room in the middle of the night while I was with my girlfriend, which was very disturbing. Then, he disappeared, didn't offer any explanation and left us guessing. He also didn't answer our messages online that night. We were very disturbed and put a table on the door just to sleep in peace. Only in the morning he said "sorry" and then joked about it, said that he wanted to close the windows. Thank god we were only watching a movie. Then I still politely said goodbye and said I liked my stay, but then he also joked about it. I don't think they understand how serious it is to enter someone's room at night, I would have at least expected an explanation right there, at least a message, so we could sleep in peace, and the next day, some sort of real owning of the situation (which wouldn't correct the frightening experience and not sending a message that same night), but we just got some half-assed explanation more jokes (The lady, however, did try to explain, but I don't think they realize how frightening it all was and that we couldn't sleep for quite a few hours because of it). On top of this, we lost an item in the room, a new nintendo switch controller for my kids. I was 4 days trying to get in touch with them to see if they found it and sending them messages about it, but they didn't answer back. Only after writing this review they answered, explaining they were closed after Gamescom which is understandable, but still made a sarcastic comment about how bad of a person I am for writing this, as well as saying that this is not New York or Santiago (Where I live). Unacceptable behavior.

Wir fuhren von der Unterkunft mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Köln.

Wir wurden gut untergebracht und versorgt!
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und informativ begrüßt. Unser Zimmer befand sich in der 2. Etage, es war sehr groß und sichtbar frisch renoviert. Im Bad war es etwas eng, aber für eine Person ausreichend. Im Kühlschrank waren einige Getränken, zu angemessenen Preisen! Es gab auch einen Ventilator, der half uns, bei den hohen Temperaturen!!
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig, es wurde stets aufgefüllt. Das Personal umsichtig, zuvorkommend, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral, man erreicht den U-Bahnhof, Restaurants, Hausboot-Restaurants und das Rheinufer zeitnah fußläufig.
Wir können das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!!

Cons:

Wir habenlange überlegt, aber wir können nichts erwähnen. Die Ausstattung ist schon älter, aber es hat auch seinen Charme.

Sehr, sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und an vielen Stellen "abgewohnt". Unheimlich lautes Zimmer zur Straße. Man hat bei offenen Fenster jedes Wort auf der Straße verstanden. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war es stickig und unheimlich warm in dem Zimmer.
