Todo genial, muy buena atención, y además dar las gracias a las hijas del director que estuvieron toda nuestra estancia pendientes de nuestra pequeña, jugando con ella y preocupadas de que se lo pasara genial
En general todo bien
O serviço de Spa é escelente, tudo muito limpo e funcionarios muito simpaticos. O Jantar em serviço Buffet estava muito bom e o pequeno almoço delicioso. Informei que fazia anos de casados e puseram-me um miminho como pedi no quarto, um coração na cama e pétalas.
Reservei uma suite que não correpondia ás fotos que na reserva. Desiludiu-me. Como já tinha ficado uma vez num quarto normal, arrependi me de ter reservado uma suite. Tinha pouca luz natural, apenas uma mini varanda. O quarto tinha a decoração antiga, paredes muito marcadas e na casa de banho deviam por um vidro junto á banheira pois ao tomar duche o chao fica todo molhado. Na piscina exterios, aconselho que retirem 80% dos insuflaveis, a piscina já é demasiado pequena para os hospedes, quanto mais para bonecos.
The staff were so friendly. We needed a very late night taxi from a venue some miles away and the night desk team sorted that for us so efficiently whereas other attendees had issues it being out in the countryside.
There were a lot of things to do in the hotel - the spa/pool/ gym (tho thats quite small), various table games etc. You could see this being good for families.
Our room was large with plenty of room to store clothes.
Breakfast choices were really good.
Our bed was not the most comfortable. Its big but on the soft side.
Also the windows don't block out a lot of noise ... ok most of the time but if there's a large event on in meeting rooms downstairs we were directly overhead so noisy.
There's no facility for tea/coffee in the room ... we missed that.
The outside pool has no handrail to help you get in - its one step down really but quite a big one and as a more elderly guest that didnt feel safe.

Obligé de payer des bonnets pour aller à la piscine
Devoir ramener les serviettes à la piscine après le séjour si l’on ne veut pas être facturé du prix des serviettes
