Studio not recommended
Pros:

Nice location, easy check in, large room.

Cons:

I would not recommend the studio apartment on ground floor. the noise from the door buzzer was very disturbing, particularly in the late evenings and early mornings. we also had a really bad smell from the drain in our shower that was nauseating for the first part of our stay; the staff did come fix this the following day. The smart tv also gave a few issues, but i didn't come to florence to watch tv (it was more to help with noise). .

Beautiful furnished and spacious property. Very clean and secure

Cons:

Can be hard to carry suitcases up all the narrow stairs if you are on the top floor. Pack light.

Cons:

We booked two apartments….one had a slightly musty smell, but I am v sensitive to smell, so not sure that would bother most. Our shower was not the best.

A gem of a place
Pros:

The location, the cleanliness, the comfort.

Cons:

It was noisy early in the morning, we could hear the street cleaning truck and people turning on their motorbike but I suppose it would be quite tricky to soundproof the property. Secondary glazing would help but might look odd.

Mainly we were relieved just to finally get into the apartment after being relocated with no notice

Cons:

The lack of of accountability of the people managing it: you only get to deal with AI bots or remote workers which means it is very easy for them to evade responsibility when things go wrong.

Que pour l'emplacement

Emplacement et taille de l'appartement

Cons:

Équipement trop juste beaucoup trop juste. 4 cuillères pour 5 personnes. Même pas de grille pain. Douche un coup chaud un coup froid. 1 seul torchon. Aucune info sur le check out . Quid du linge sale ?...Extrêmement bruyant. Attention ne pas faire le check out avant de partir. Sinon on sonne à votre porte...Bref encore une grande marge de progrès. Et EXTRÊMEMENT pénible de causer à un robot. Et merci d' utiliser les noms de famille et une vulgaire proximité en utilisant mon prénom.
