Beautiful location and building. Too hot, please upgrade A/C

The location and the look of the apartment were great.

Cons:

The problem was the air conditioning was not very good. It kept the rooms bearable but not cool and with the extreme heat in Florence it was a bit uncomfortable.

Fantastic unit and location, difficult company to work with since you are not dealing with people
Pros:

The unit and location was perfect. The check-in process was cumbersome and really disappointing since we had to sit with our luggage for HOURS and were unable to check in until after the agreed upon time.

Cons:

When we arrived the storage lockers were unavailable and we needed assistance, I communicated with a bot instead of a person which was disappointing because the bot couldn't accommodate our luggage needs promptly. There were times when they told me that they were 'connecting me to a human,' but it was very clear I was still communicating with a robot-yuck. For what you pay, you should be able to store your luggage until check-in and not be offered an option to PAY a separate business down the street for this service.

Pros:

The property is really beautiful and clean. The location was perfect and an easy walk to a lot of great things.

Cons:

They advertise free laundry on site, but that was not true. We were able to find a laundromat and get reimbursed.

Numa Florence Palazzo
Pros:

The hotel's location is absolutely magnificent. The design is captivating—we truly felt like we were in Florence. All Numa standards (comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, etc.) were met. Furthermore, the customer service was beyond praise!

Cons:

I agree that an old house without an elevator and with high steps is not for everyone, but we liked it.

Studio not recommended
Pros:

Nice location, easy check in, large room.

Cons:

I would not recommend the studio apartment on ground floor. the noise from the door buzzer was very disturbing, particularly in the late evenings and early mornings. we also had a really bad smell from the drain in our shower that was nauseating for the first part of our stay; the staff did come fix this the following day. The smart tv also gave a few issues, but i didn't come to florence to watch tv (it was more to help with noise). .
