Important information:

Please note, free sun loungers and parasols are subject to availability.

Beach services are not included on the day of check-out, reservation is required.

The main restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. A sushi restaurant is available on site.

Pets are not allowed on the beach from May 1st until September 30th.

An umbrella and two sun loungers are included for each room from June 1st till the 30th of September (date of departure excluded).

Please note that swimming pool is seasonal from the 1 June till 30 September.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

Les parties communes sont très bien, modernes et très bien entretenues, propres. La plage et la piscine sont magnifiques.

Cons:

Le lit de 140 pour 2 personnes est beaucoup trop petit et n'est pas du tout confortable et la chambre vieillotte. Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus varié avec des produits locaux.
L'hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre de Savone.

Pros:

Joli plage privée dans un endroit plus calme, pas si loin du centre ville.

Personnel très cordial et aidant. Les chambres étaient prêtes à notre arrivée donc nous avons pu faire le check in plus tôt.

Jolie décoration de chambres.

La piscine n’était pas disponible, mais un montant en contrepartie nous a été remboursé

Cons:

Piscine indisponible, isolation faible entre chambres.

Les transats en premières lignes étaient vides, mais non accessibles au clients de l’hôtel.

Pros:

Et fantastisk hotell ved kysten av Liguria. Her finner du alt du trenger for et avslappende opphold ved kysten.
Det er litt langt å gå til Savona, men hotellet leier ut el-sykler som er et godt alternativ.

Cons:

Dessverre var bassenget stengt på grunn av feil under vårt opphold, men slikt kan jo skje.
Det er litt langt fra restaurant tilbudene i Savona.

An exceptional hotel that exceeded all my expectations! The private beach is beautiful, with comfortable sunbeds and crystal-clear sea. The swimming pool is perfect for relaxing, surrounded by palm trees and a wonderful atmosphere. One of the biggest highlights is the food: the hotel has two fantastic restaurants, including one featured in the Michelin Guide and Suchi bar ⚡️Every meal was outstanding, with excellent service and unforgettable flavors. The rooms are modern, spotless, and comfortable, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

Pros:

Pobyt w hotelu ogólnie oceniam pozytywnie. Byliśmy tam na początku czerwca, dzięki czemu nie było dużych tłumów, co było dużym plusem i pozwalało na spokojny wypoczynek.
Na pochwałę zasługuje obsługa, a szczególnie panie sprzątające – były bardzo miłe i uprzejme. Pokój, balkon oraz łazienka były codziennie dokładnie sprzątane, a ręczniki wymieniane na świeże każdego dnia.
Dużym udogodnieniem były również leżaki przypisane do numeru pokoju. Każdy miał swoje stałe miejsce, które było wliczone w cenę pobytu.
Hotel zapewniał także świeże ręczniki plażowe każdego dnia.
Hotel posiada dostęp do prywatnej plaży i morza. Plaża była codziennie sprzątana wieczorem, dlatego przez cały pobyt panował tam porządek i czystość.

Cons:

Największym rozczarowaniem okazała się oferta gastronomiczna. Zamówiliśmy danie, które w menu było opisane jako smażona wołowina z zapiekanymi ziemniakami w cenie 18 euro. Zamiast wołowiny otrzymaliśmy 4 -5 cienkich plastrów szynki, identycznej jak ta serwowana na śniadania, z niewielką ilością ketchupu i zaledwie kilkoma kawałkami zapiekanych ziemniaków. Danie było zdecydowanie niezgodne z opisem i absolutnie nie było warte swojej ceny.
Rozczarowała nas również informacja o trzech restauracjach. Restauracja sushi nie była dla nas, ponieważ nie jemy sushi. Natomiast druga restauracja, w której według opisu można było zjeść kolację, w rzeczywistości nie przyjmowała zamówień i personel kierował nas do baru przy plaży. Tam z kolei oferta była bardzo ograniczona – często dostępne były jedynie zimne bagietki, a gorące dania pojawiały się tylko w wybrane dni. W praktyce oznaczało to, że z zapowiadanych trzech restauracji realnie można było korzystać tylko z jednej, a i tam wybór był niewielki.
Dodatkowo, jeśli chodzi o napoje do śniadania, to kawa, cappuccino trzeba było zamawiać w jadalni, podając numer pokoju. Nie było tak jak w innych hotelach, gdzie samemu można było nalać kawę czy herbatę. Za każdym razem obsługa pytała o numer pokoju, zapisywała go i dopiero potem przynosiła napój. Zamówiłam raz latte i otrzymałam po prostu mleko, zamiast właściwego napoju.

La plage avec ses transats et parasols et le stationnement compris dans le prix, la piscine, le petit déjeuner et la climatisation. Un gros plus, une application qui rend les bus gratuits pour les touristes.

Cons:

Le fait que l'établissement accepte les chiens (allergies). La déco de la chambre restée dans son jus. Le ménage insuffisant dans les chambres alors qu'il est est parfaitement effectué dans les parties communes.

Potentiel par la situation
Pros:

Proximité de la mer et plusieurs restaurants en rez-de-chaussée. Vue mer. Personnel sympathique y compris le voiturier, et le personnel d'entretien du Parking.

Cons:

La chambre est propre mais dans son jus, trop vieillotte pour le prix. Contraste impressionnant entre celle de Luxe et la Normale. . . Je ne m'attendais pas à un tel décalage! Pour terminer nos vacances c'était bien moyen, surtout que c'était la plus onéreuse de notre voyage. La piscine n' était pas ouverte avec les excuses de la direction en amont.
