os funcionarios foram os melhores que alguma vez vi num hotel, os mais simpaticos os mais prestaveis, impressionante , super hiper prestativos simpaticos , fizeram ns sentir melhor que em casa, o nosso quarto era impressionantemente espaçoso, o wc super limpo e espacoso, o interior moderno e renovado, a cama o mais confortavel que ja experimentei ate recentemente , a localização para mim foi chave, a 2 passos da estação , onde poderia apanhar o comboio para taormina, para o aeroporto, para siracusa, o centro fica a cerca de 10 mim de uma caminhada agradavel, e mesmo a frente existe tambem uma paragem de onibus para taormina ou aeroporto, localização fantastica. existe igualmente uma paragem de metro muito proximo que nos permitiu ir ao centro e voltar muito rapido. pequeno almoço excelente, e o restaurante do pequeno almoço tem um courtyard muito agradavel para tomar o pequeno almoço. bom isolamento acustico com o exterior do hotel, com duas janelas de vidros duplos isolados

por o quarto estar muito proximo do restaurante, de manha ouvia se algum barulho do pequeno almoço e tambem a noite , talvez reforçar o isolamento acustico dos quartos proximos do restaurante

Nice clean hotel with excellent service from the staff.

Cons:

As others have said, the neighbor hood looks a little tough, but when we walked up to Via Etna area all the people on the sidewalk were very nice, just regular people going about their day. You can also take the Metro, only one stop, comes up one block from Hotel.
