Decent stay, but some minor inconveniences

Cons:

Overall, my stay was a bit of a mixed bag. There were a few details that made the room less than ideal.

First, the bathroom setup was a bit annoying because the shower head wasn't attached to the wall, making it awkward to use. The room itself also got very hot, though I did appreciate that the host was thoughtful enough to provide a fan to help cool things down.

On the downside, the walls are quite thin, so you could easily hear the voices of people in the next room. Additionally, the internet connection was pretty unreliable, which made it tough to get things done online.

It works fine if you just need a quick place to crash, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Gute Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Straße ist eigentlich laut, aber die Fenster isolieren den Schall sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat noch den sozialistischen Charme.

Pros:

Ļoti karstā laika radīto transporta problēmu dēļ viesnīcā nokļuvu vēlu un biju tur tikai dažas stundas. Nedaudz atpūsties paspēju. Var just,ka viesnīca iekārtota senā ēkā un arī mēbeles,sienas un grīda,daļēji vannas istaba ir ar vecuma pieskaņu. Bet man patika,labprāt tur atgrieztos un "normālā" laikā. Pieņemama cena.

Cons:

No air conditioner or fan. In the summer, it was uncomfortable, hot and stuffy in the room. The room only had a small window that did not open all the way so it was difficult to get ventilation.

Niewygodne łózka. Na jedną noc. Właściciel żąda płacenia podatku miejskiego, który został pobrany przy rezerwacji.

Alexa Old Town is a little gem in the big gem of Vilnius town
Pros:

The hotel seemed good value for money and in a great location (near the airport bus stop and the train station, but also just a short walk from the town centre), which were the two main reasons I booked. I was a bit sceptical because of the lack of a staffed reception, but I needn't have worried!! Communication was in fact super easy - plenty of information with regards to the door codes etc. were sent in advance, and all my questions were answered within 24 hours. I had a twin room with single occupancy, which gave me plenty of space. My room was facing the street but with the window closed, I couldn't really hear any noise at all. Recommendations for breakfast nearby are either Boulangerie Vilnius or the Market Hall. I look forward to coming back to Vilnius and the Alexa hotel.

Cons:

There is no dedicated storage space for luggage before check-in / after check-out, although this was clearly communicated in advance. I ended up leaving my trolley bag in the foyer next to the sofa for about six hours on my last day, and it was fine. The foyer does have CCTV, which gave me some reassurance - however, I do think that it should be possible for the hotel to arrange for a small storage room accessible by key code like the front door, where guests can safely leave their bags.

Pros:

Удобное расположение пешей доступности от вокзала и пешеходных туристических зон. Отель без изыска, есть лифт, в номере чисто есть чайник, чай, кофе, нет холодильника. Персонала на ресепшн нет. Меня это не смущало, но если кому-то нужны консультация или помощь, учитывайте.
