Location is amazing, great view.
Service is terrible and food is very average (a lot of frozen food - like bread, meat - and breakfast is not good). Around the lack you have a lot of good food options, it is a shame they don’t buy products from the region.
The place itself is beautiful, very charming. Waking up with this view was incredible.
The rooms are very old; would have been nice to keep the design of it but with a bit of modernity

This is, without a doubt, the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the excellent service and incredibly friendly staff to the breathtaking building and beautiful grounds, everything was truly exceptional.
The hotel is 100% dog-friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. There is direct access to Lake Annecy, and dogs are welcome by the lake and even on the sun loungers. The location is simply perfect: peaceful and quiet, yet with wonderful opportunities for hiking and long walks with the dog right from the hotel.
The breakfast was plentiful, varied and absolutely delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and I particularly appreciated that everyone spoke English – something that, unfortunately, cannot always be taken for granted in France.
The hotel itself is stunning. It has a very elegant, traditional and historic character, with a truly grand and timeless atmosphere. At the same time, I felt completely comfortable and at home throughout my stay.
I enjoyed my time here so much that I will definitely be coming back. An absolutely wonderful hotel in a fantastic location – especially if you are travelling with a dog!

Tout, service zéro pointé, restauration catastrophique aliment moisi au déjeuner et un souper plus que douteux, classé 5 étoiles pourquoi, pour mettre des prix prohibitifs. Un outil de travail magnifique mais pas de patron !
