A wonderful stay
Pros:

We had a room with the most stunning view over the lake. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities are wonderful. Overall a brilliant stay!

את המלון היפיפה את השרות של הוולט לרכב.
במיוחד הערכנו את הוולט אלאדין שהיה שירותי ומקסים.
הנוף שנשקף מהחדר היה מהמם.

Cons:

ארוחת בוקר עלובה יחסית למחיר של 35 יורו לאדם.
בחדר האמבטיה היתה אמבטיה ולא מקלחון שלנו פחות מתאים ומסוכן .

Pros:

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles ist total stilvoll und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Das Essen war sensationell und auch die Atmosphäre hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung

Stunning hotel in a beautiful location.
Pros:

Staff were lovely - Aladin and Clement on concierge and Lily at Guest services. Hotel is absolutely stunning and decorated beautifully. Our room had amazing views. The bed was so comfortable with lovely crisp linen. Parking was free or we took the option of underground parking at 20 CHF. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location and great staff, but let down by a terrible BBQ dinner
Pros:

This is a beautiful historic hotel, set in a truly serene, awe-inspiring location. The property is exceptionally clean and well-kept, though it could use some refreshment as rooms are starting to look a bit dated. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

A few things let our stay down. Our first-floor room had its front lake view partially blocked by the restaurant roof. More disappointingly, our original dinner reservation was cancelled because the restaurant was booked for a private function. We chose the hotel's beach BBQ instead, which was a huge letdown—the meat was inedible, the salad had old tomatoes, and the dessert was terrible. Unfortunately, the BBQ experience really spoiled our stay.
