Pros:

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super.
Auch wenn es eher weiter außen gelegen ist, waren die Anbindungen in die Berliner Innenstadt wirklich gut.

Die Zimmer waren gemütlich und mit dem Wichtigsten Ausgestattet und alles war sauber und angenehm.

Check-in und Check-out liefen reibungslos.

Було чисто, зручні матраси, дуже гарна постільна білизна.
Дівчата, які подавали сніданок були дуже чемні та милі❤️
Співвідношення ціна- якість дуже добре!

Cons:

Ми жили в Nebenhaus, та було не так легко його знайти. Потім ми побачили, що на рецепції була листівка з картою. Як порада - краще при бронюванні висилайте це по імейл. Коли ми йшли до парковки ( поряд з будівлею) на вулиці не було освітлення и я вдарилась в стовбчик і досить сильно поранила ногу ( не звинувачую готель, бо можливо не буде гарно від втоми дивилась під ноги, але освітлення біля основної будівлі могло б бути краще)

Hotel à pratiquer pour un court séjour
Cons:

Le personnel n'est pas très avenant et très peu disponible et disposé à aider les clients.
Alors qu'ils nous voyaient galérer pour récuperer les clés des chambres sur la borne (pas du tout intuitif) et obtenir des infos sur les horaires d'e.trée et de sortie de l'hôtel, le PDJ, restaurant à proximité...
Nous avons dû aller les voir pour avoir nos infos.

war zufrieden - sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, aber Matratze zu weich für mich
Pros:

gutes Hotel, auch zu Fuß von der S-Bahn aus noch akzeptabel erreichbar. Nichts außergewöhnliches, aber für den Preis wirklich gut! Hatte nur eine Nacht, Frühstück wollte ich nehmen, hätte es am Samstag Morgen noch direkt vor Ort zubuchen können - aber dann doch nicht ausprobiert, nachdem ich bei Freunden futtern konnte.
Zimmer mit kleinem TV, aber einem kleinen Tisch, also auch (Büro-)Arbeiten wären dort gut machbar gewesen. Checkin komplett "elektrisch", keine Schlüsselkarte oder so bekommen, Türöffnen aus dem Browser/vom Smartphone ... hatte ich so auch noch nie. Beim ersten Mal etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber OK!

Cons:

mein Bett = die Matratze war viel zu weich, für den Kurzaufenthalt aber akzeptabel. Ansonsten aber ordentliches Zimmer!

Günstiges Hotel, ohne Service
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und renoviert! Betten in gutem Zustand. Preis-Leistung passte. Gut war, dass unser Hund mit durfte.

Cons:

Kodierung der Schlüssel-Karte ist nicht besonders erklärt. Man muss sie anders auflegen, als die Markierung anzeigt. Das muss man erstmal selbst herausfinden! War sehr nervig! Service-Nummer nicht erreichbar!
Unser kleiner Hund durfte nicht in den Frühstückssaal, daher konnten wir dort nicht frühstücken. Straße war sehr laut und Zimmer sind nicht gut isoliert, wenn man laute Menschen im Nachbarzimmer hat.

Einfach - aber für ne Städtetour ok.
Pros:

Unkomplizierter Check-In mit Türcode, Anreise daher ohne Zeitdruck. kostenloser Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel.

Gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, super sauberer Frühstücksraum - nach jedem Gast wurde der benutzte Tisch frisch desinfiziert. Während der Frühstückszeit wurde immer wieder frisch nachgelegt und auch sehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet. Super freundliche und höfliche Mädels die das Frühstück betreut haben.

Gute ÖPNV Anbindung!

Cons:

Von 22:00 bis 6:00 ist das Parkplatztor nur mit einem etwas versteckten Schalter zu öffnen. Wir hatten Glück, dass zufällig jemand ankam, der schon mal da war und den Schalter kannte.
Rezeption selten besetzt, haben der Woche wo wir da waren nur einmal jemanden da gesehen.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Haupthaus, nach vorne zur Straße, was aber nicht zu laut war

Leider war das Zimmer recht eng, aber das wussten wir bei der Buchung. Das Zimmer und das kleine Bad waren sauber. Mobiliar im Zimmer jedoch sehr abgewohnt.
