Muito potencial
Pros:

Localização e funcionarios simpaticos. Varanda. Apesar de não aproveitar, tem uma piscina pequena interior, que deve ficar cheia rapidamente.

Cons:

Os quartos não têm insonorização. Está tudo a precisar de manutenção, até mesmo a banheira de hidromassagem que já está a desmontar-se. Faltou limpeza na varanda. Pequeno-almoço ok, mas quando chegámos estava tudo basicamente vazio e só foi reposto quando já estávamos a sair. Ninguém queria saber de quem estava na sala, apesar de passarem por lá. Check-out "inexistente". Era para celebrar o aniversário, ainda bem que a ideia foi passar o dia no Bussaco. Provavelmente não voltaremos, mas para uma noite é ok.

Boa localização, instalações razoáveis, vale un 50 euros/noite.

Cons:

Recepção fantasma, esperar sem ninguém no HOTEL para receber....parecia abandonado. Gente sem qualquer preparação para hotelaria.

Estadia muito agradável no geral.
Pros:

Muito bem localizado no centro histórico, com óptimas condições. Os funcionários sempre muito prestáveis e atenciosos. Pequeno almoço com muita diversidade. Piscina interior agradável.

Cons:

Um pouco barulhento nos quartos que ficam mais perto da lavandaria, baixo isolamento sonoro.

A localização é excelente

Cons:

Os copos da casa de banho mal lavados, e no pequeno-almoço, quando chegamos para tomar não havia nada, estava um sra já com uma idade sozinha na copa a levantar mesas a preparar o pequeno-almoço e ainda a tratar recepção pois não estava lá ninguém, fiz o check out sozinho deixei as chaves em cima do balcão e vim embora.

Localização talvez .

Cons:

Cheiro a humidade, paredes pouco cuidadas ( tinta a descolar, etc ). As fotos do booking não são iguais a realidade. As camas que supostamente iria ter , não existiam , mas sim um sofá e uma “cama “ burro do mato … piscina interior pequeníssima e água natural …. pequeno almoço razoável, pouca variedade
