Pros:

Design in den Zimmern und viel Platz fand ich schön sowie auch die Lage mit schönen Restaurants und Cafés.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war wirklich nur OK und störend, immer so früh wie möglich am Vortag Bescheid zu geben, wann man ganz genau frühstücken will. Wäre ein großer Andrang oder besondere Speisen gegeben, hätte ich vielleicht noch Verständnis gehabt…Frühstück, Empfang & die Schönheit der Fotos ergaben leider ein sehr unstimmiges Bild.

Fare stare bene. Lo state facendo bene.
Pros:

Upgrade a design suite. Stile e design fantastici. Doccia veramente incredibile.
Letto comodissimo, un posto davvero ben fatto, personale con indicazioni interessanti, cordialissimo e simpatico.
Assolutamente consigliato.

Cons:

Non era previsto nella suite che mi hanno dato (la Wild pears) uno spazio lavoro con una scrivania.
Ho rimediato utilizzando tavolino e sedia sul piccolo balcone che dà sul giardino. Ottimo davvero.

Super Hotel, das ideal dafür ist die Stadt zu erkunden Indien das ma gerne für Pausen und die Nacht zurück kehrt
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage in schönem ehr gehoben Viertel, Innenstadt fußläufig, großes und sauberes Zimmer mit geräumigem Bad, grundsätzlich ruhige Lage, Frühstück wird zum Zimmer gebracht und kann dort gegessen werden, Balkon, freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende.

This is a really nice hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. Great breakfast too!
Pros:

Very welcoming staff, appreciated the opportunity to check in earlier than expected. Lovely healthy options for breakfast. Spacious room and quirky decor.

Cons:

I’m a light sleeper and experienced some sleep disturbance from extractor or air conditioning fans on the exterior wall adjacent to the bed.
This was mentioned to the reception on our departure and they were able to explain the cause and their intention to rectify this. Confident that this would be dealt with . Excellent visit otherwise.

Pas un emplacement idéal pour une seule nuit mais plutôt pour un séjour prolongé
Petit déjeuner un peu contraignant car il faut choisir l’horaire

Stylish boutique hotel in lively upmarket area of Sofia.
Pros:

Second time staying and as good as ever. Rooms are amazing—well decorated, really spacious, bright and comfortable. There’s a well-stocked mini bar and coffee machine and a great breakfast (several plentiful choices) is delivered to room every morning. Hard to beat!

Very relaxing
Pros:

The room was very nicely decorated and large. Staff was friendly and the neighbourhood nice and quite. Great Idea with a bath tub in the room.

Cons:

The smart tv did not work, so we could not watch tv or play music.

Leuk kleinschalig hotel op goede locatie!
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel is prima. De Alexander Nevski-kathedraal ligt op ongeveer een kwartiertje lopen (1.200 meter). Tegenover het hotel zit een goede pizzeria (reserveren aanbevolen) en direct naast het hotel zit een uitstekend restaurant (Studio 63). Ook zit er naast het hotel een leuke kleine bar (FlipFlop); fijne plek om even een biertje te drinken. Ook is er een supermarkt op loopafstand.
De kamers die we hadden waren heel ruim en ook fraai ingericht. Het kleine balkon was een pluspunt. Het bed vond ik heel goed. Ik heb uitstekend geslapen.
De werknemers zijn vriendelijk en beleefd. Ik voelde me heel welkom.

Cons:

De kok kon slechts 1 ei tegelijkertijd bakken. Hierdoor kon het ontbijt (voor 3 personen) niet tegelijk geserveerd worden. Het is niet heel belangrijk, maar wellicht wel voor verbetering vatbaar.

I got an upgrade to a cute suite with an amazing bath.

I missed my breakfast because I didn’t hear the guy knocking on my door (I’m deaf).
