Parfait 🥹
Pros:

Tout était parfait ! La chambre était spacieuse et agréable à vivre, le petit déjeuner servis en chambre était juste ce qu’il faut pour bien démarrer la journée et très agréable. Nous avons commencés notre séjour en Bulgarie par cet hôtel et c’est clairement une belle manière de commencer ces vacances. Je recommande ++

Colazione con buoni prodotti,
Posizione al limite della zona centrale,
Doccia anche se aperta, ampia e comoda.
Personale molto cordiale e disponibile all'aiuto.
Camera The Window al 4 piano molto ampia e con tutti i confort ed amenities.

Cons:

Colazione scarsa, Vero che che fanno scegliere, ma... non è a buffet, c'è la scelta di servizio in camera o nella lobby su trespoli un po' scomodi.
Mancanza di parcheggio in zona e tutto a pagamento con un sistema un po' macchinoso per chi non lo conosce, anche se alla reception sono stati molto gentili nell'aiutare d in inviare l'sms.

Хубаво хотелче, тихо и спокойно.

Cons:

Повече от час не можах да се настаня и чаках вън, защото имах късен полет. Хотелът затваря в 9 вечерта и няма никой. За съжаление нямаше и никакви инструкции или телефони на вратата за настаняване или връзка. Наложи се да издирвам служители през Booking! Това след полунощ. Просто ужасно преживяване :( Колко просто е да сложиш на вратата един телефон за връзка на закъснели гости или да пратиш в канала на Booking инструкциите за влизане. Елементарно е, но се иска малко отговорност от персонала!

Design in den Zimmern und viel Platz fand ich schön sowie auch die Lage mit schönen Restaurants und Cafés.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war wirklich nur OK und störend, immer so früh wie möglich am Vortag Bescheid zu geben, wann man ganz genau frühstücken will. Wäre ein großer Andrang oder besondere Speisen gegeben, hätte ich vielleicht noch Verständnis gehabt…Frühstück, Empfang & die Schönheit der Fotos ergaben leider ein sehr unstimmiges Bild.

Fare stare bene. Lo state facendo bene.
Pros:

Upgrade a design suite. Stile e design fantastici. Doccia veramente incredibile.
Letto comodissimo, un posto davvero ben fatto, personale con indicazioni interessanti, cordialissimo e simpatico.
Assolutamente consigliato.

Cons:

Non era previsto nella suite che mi hanno dato (la Wild pears) uno spazio lavoro con una scrivania.
Ho rimediato utilizzando tavolino e sedia sul piccolo balcone che dà sul giardino. Ottimo davvero.

Super Hotel, das ideal dafür ist die Stadt zu erkunden Indien das ma gerne für Pausen und die Nacht zurück kehrt

Sehr gute Lage in schönem ehr gehoben Viertel, Innenstadt fußläufig, großes und sauberes Zimmer mit geräumigem Bad, grundsätzlich ruhige Lage, Frühstück wird zum Zimmer gebracht und kann dort gegessen werden, Balkon, freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende.

Very welcoming staff, appreciated the opportunity to check in earlier than expected. Lovely healthy options for breakfast. Spacious room and quirky decor.

Cons:

I’m a light sleeper and experienced some sleep disturbance from extractor or air conditioning fans on the exterior wall adjacent to the bed.
This was mentioned to the reception on our departure and they were able to explain the cause and their intention to rectify this. Confident that this would be dealt with . Excellent visit otherwise.
