Hospitality was brilliant,,, good value for money
Really friendly owner who couldn’t do enough for us. As a female staying with my 3 year old daughter I was worried but honestly I felt so safe and could actually relax. Parking is perfect and free, he guided me where to park as to not block in a disabled guest who needed use of their car. Not on a busy part of the strip so sleeping was easy, but a close enough walk to the fun for a 3 year old. Breakfast was lovely and he didn’t charge for my daughter who only wanted a sausage and a slice of toast. So accommodating and friendly. Room was basic but that’s exactly what we paid for, double bed, ample storage, a chair and a private bathroom. Some of the reviews I read said it was dated and dirty but that isn’t true at all. Yes there’s a patterned carpet and parts could maybe do with a paint, but this isn’t a big hotel chain it’s a small family run business that so much love has went into. If you want value for money please book south beach hotel. Our next trip will be booked here too. Thank you so much for having us!

Property needs some upgrading

The hotel looked in viting we araved a about 8pm and we were weicome phil the manger told us that he had upgraded us to a better room. we dropped our bags of and off we went to have a good time,
then in the morning i went for a shower to find mould and rime in the very compact shower which was filthy.
the shower sink was cracked and on the floor around the sink it was very dirty with mud and rubbisubish
I told phill the managerbut all he said i will look into it. NOT EVEN AS SORRY
The bar was good and very resonable
Great staff could us updating but thats blackpool for you had a great time will 100% go back to this hotel again. Was made very welcome.
Good location and the guy who checked us in were very polite and friendly.
Parking not available when we arrived plus it should state on booking.com that the hotelier charges £10.00 a night for parking outside their establishment. No bath towels in the room, so we couldn't have a shower, good job we only stopped over night.
