Need the progress the hotel.
Pros:

The shower water temperature was excellent!
Wifi is pretty good
Location is excellent its in between North and South Pier.
A lots of activities and to do in that area.
Full english Breakfast is perfect from Phil and Joan.
Parking was available and good space when we booked.
Coffee and tea are unlimited and good quality.
Bathroom has a shiny glamorous wallpaper and mirror.

Cons:

Cleanliness, unfortunately, the carpet floor, the bathroom floor and the bin has stain.

The shower base, notice has a leak on the side but not major.

Shower head need to replace i think as went directly to the glass panel side shower and that caused leaked.

Bathroom sink, too small cannot put our toiletries in the bathroom.

The hook in the bathroom to hang the towel kept dropping on the floor, maybe can change that for simple and sensible one.

The window, cant see much the seaview the height was fine but not clean window.

The bannister are sticky.

The bar were shut when needed.

As when we booked, showed on list, theres hairdryer and slippers available but theres none seen in the room.

Theres no bedside lights, we used the bathroom lights instead.

Aparts from that. We had relaxing time and seen the blackpool attraction like Tower, ballroom, aquarium, madam tissauds, imax cinema, shopping around, had fish and chips by the seaside. Had experienced play at casino and spent time at pier with glass of wine.

Great location amazing breakfast well below standard room
Pros:

The breakfast in the morning was excellent can't fault it

Cons:

Room was run down the fan in the bathroom was filthy and hasn't been cleaned in years the hot water tap was constantly running couldn't shut it off the room was filthy bed was faulty the windows in the room didn't even open so thats a fire hazard right away shower head was pointing in to the corner and you couldn't move it, door was stiff and hard to open.
The place is very run down and need a good clean and decorated also bulbs out in the room.

Excellent manager and owner, great breakfast, excellently positioned on the front.
Pros:

There was parking, we liked the toiletries breakfast was lovely and plenty of food choices. Manager was exceptional nothing was too much trouble. It’s directly opposite to tram stop and near central pier, with a minor blip manager went above and beyond.

Cons:

Unfortunately when we got there we were allocated the wrong room, the manager was fabulous the bar man was rushing us he also charged us differently several times at bar first round was £12 second was £10.

Needs a good clean
Pros:

The location for the pleasure beach and swimming pool was good, liked the fact the property had parking . The owner was lovely and the breakfast was good for the money. The

Cons:

Unfortunately when we arrived the owner wasn't there and we were left in the hands of another guest to show us to our room, the room hadn't been cleaned, there was hair in the shower, poo stains on the toilet, the towels were dirty and one was completely covered in fluff from what looked like being on the floor of the tumble drier room

I feel like I have been scammed. I book for sea view room. but they gave me a small room in back side of the property.

Very dirty , the owner is dealing with the customer, he looks like just wake up from his sleep. Not a professional look. After 8 pm there is no staff member.

Nice breakfast not value for money on the stay
Pros:

Location is Exellent,breakfast was nice and have a pool table

Cons:

There was no heating on in the rooms it was freezing and our first night we didn’t get any sleep from a loud siren type noise coming from the window frame the bathroom was tiny and could do with a good clean the tv was no bigger than a tablet and didn’t work could never get a signal

Excellent break.sets you up for winter period.

Best nights sleep i had for long time.breakfast was excellent and staff werepleasant and helpful.would certainly go again.

The manager phil was great he was very chatty and accomodating
The food he served was nice

Cons:

The room was very outdated it had big cracks in ceiling that looked like filled the mattress was stained the shower was very old with fixed head.the furniture in the room had sticky back plastic on tops the curtains were dirty and skirting boards full of dust
This hotel needs money spent on it and any outdated rooms updating
The room we stayed in was nothing like in the pictures that promote the hotel
