A lovely hotel in an excellent location, staff super friendly and helpful
Pros:

The location was excellent, the staff were incredibly helpful polite, breakfast was amazing as was the all day coffee and pastries.

Cons:

Rooms were small, okay for a one night stay for one person would’ve been a squeeze if two in room and nowhere to sit.

Pros:

L’emplacement en plein centre est très agréable, la facilité d’accès est vraiment un plus quand on voyage seule comme je l’ai fait.
L’équipe était vraiment agréable et très accueillante
La chambre était très confortable !

Wonderful service and a perfect location
Pros:

Perfect location, impeccable cleanliness, and truly excellent service. The entire staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. I would especially like to thank the hotel manager for their care and willingness to assist. The coffee was delicious, and the croissants looked fresh and tempting. I felt genuinely welcome and will definitely return next year.

Pros:

L’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. Un grand merci à Luc et ses gaufres et ses sangria, mais aussi pour ses conseils.
L’emplacement au cœur de Biarritz est un plus.
La qualité de la décoration qui fait qu’on se sent comme à la maison.

Locatia, amabilitatea personalului, sfaturile si ajutorul acestuia.

Camera single este extrem de mica, insa pentru un solo traveler si un sejul relativ scurt, este in regula :)

Emplacement, équipement et service clientèle. Spéciale dédicace à Luc et Thibault de la réception.

Cons:

Petit-déjeuner pourrait plus étoffer. Plus d’options nourriture. Meilleur nettoyage des espaces communs.

Hôtel très proche du client, ce n’est pas une usine à touriste
Pros:

accueilli très chaleureusement par Luc et ses collègues, l’ambiance dans l’hôtel laisse ressentir une ambiance familiale très décontractée et nous met à l’aise immédiatement.

Cons:

l’emplacement idéal de l’hôtel peut tourner à son désavantage la nuit lorsque les gens à l’extérieur ne pensent pas à respecter les potentiels personnes qui dorment.. cependant le confort de la literie nous fais oublier ce désagrément
