Great location, very friendly staff, high quality pillows and a comfortable bed

Cons:

Small room - this would be very difficult if you have any mobility issues. Noise from the room above when moving around

Hotel mit guter Atmosphäre, aber zu kleinem Zimmer.
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage, sehr aufmerksames und nettes
Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Größe unseres Zimmers stand in kein Verhältnis zum Preis, für 285 € pro Nacht. Einschließlich Frühstück kann man ein Zimmer verlangen, wo man zumindest den Koffer geöffnet irgendwo platzieren kann.

Very relaxed welcoming vibe from Vanessa before and on arrival.
Could not have been more helpful with everything especially local restaurant information and offer to book a table for us.
Tea, coffee, water always available and relaxed indoor and terraced area in heart of Biarritz

Great place to stay - right in the centre.
Pros:

They left balloons and a card for my partner because it was his birthday. Lovely staff. Beds are super comfy too.

Cons:

Little noisy - you can hear neighbours open and close doors and a muffling in their rooms but nothing that would stop you from getting good sleep or it disturbing your rest. Would stay again!

Chambre très confortable, très bien insonorisée par rapport à la rue. Emplacement parfait à 1min de marche de la plage du port vieux et 5min de la côte des basques. Petit déjeuner très qualitatif dans le choix des ingrédients. Café et thé à volonté

Cons:

Recommandation d'amélioration : 1 seul crochet pour la serviette dans la salle de bain, il en faut 2 pour les chambres doubles
