Le personnel (Thibault, Kim et Luc) étaient un vrai plus pour notre séjour. Si nous revenons sur Biarritz nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cet établissement !

Very pleasant, accomodation on the seafront in Biarritz. Kind and attentive service
Pros:

Great seafront location. Close to cafes, bars and restaurants. 10- 15 mins from airport. Simple but comfortable rooms. Very pleasant service from staff.

Cons:

Considering prices for equally attractive destinations, this accomodation was a bit pricey for what was on offer.

Loved it!
Pros:

I loved the curated details in the room such as bedding, books, frames etc. I like how quiet the room was and the staff switched on the AC right before my arrival so I’d be in a cool room.

It’s close to everything. Lots of great restaurants and very close to the beach. Bed is super comfortable! It was very quiet. Air conditioner worked great.

Pros:

The hotel has a fantastic location — just a few minutes from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and all the main sights in Biarritz. At the same time, it’s very quiet and peaceful. Our room was clean, modern, and cosy, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help.

A special thank you to Luke, who made the atmosphere even warmer and more welcoming. Luke, we’ll try to save up quickly so we can come back and stay with you again! 😊

A wonderful place that we really didn’t want to leave.
