Pros:

Véritable havre de paix non loin du centre historique de la ville.
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par l'ensemble du staff.
Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses, il y a de l'eau chaude dans les douches.
Le matin nous prenions notre très bon petit déjeuner dans le jardin qui est très agréable.
Nous avons également pu laisser nos affaires à l'hôtel pendant nos quelques jours au canyon de Colca.

Pros:

Struttura bellissima. Posizione ottima per girare la città. La stanza era carina con spazi giusti. Il letto molto comodo e molto grande. Abbiamo apprezzato veramente il king size.

Cons:

Forse la colazione. Non era male, ma sicuramente si potrebbe migliorare.

Ubicación y descanso genial
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, está a 5 minutos andando de la plaza de armas pero alejado para que no se escuchen ruidos. Además las habitaciones están en la parte posterior, dando a un patio así que no se escuchan coches ni nada. Un patio muy bonito la verdad.
El desayuno muy bien aunque es sencillo: pan, mermeladas, algún plato mas elaborado, café, te, yogur, cereales, te preparan huevos al momento...
El personal muy amable.
Tienen servicio de lavandería por 10 soles el kg, pero no funciona los domingos así que nos tuvimos que ir a la siguiente manzana que encontramos un sitio genial, cerca y más barato

Cons:

El baño no era como el que habíamos visto en las fotos, un lavabo muy chiquitín y estaban las instrucciones del secador, pero no había. Supongo que si hubiera pedido me lo habrían dejado, pero yo llevo uno de viaje.
El suelo de la habitación no estaba muy limpio, pero lo demás sí.
En Arequipa en invierno hace fresquito y no había ningún tipo de calefacción. En la cama se estaba bien tapado, pero vestirte o entrar al baño con frío no es agradable.

Alojamiento en general

Cons:

Aunque sin más importancia, durante la salida el último día, nos comentaron que el desayuno ya no entraba (día del check out), fue un detalle feo ya que salíamos de excursión bien temprano y simplemente preparaban una bolsa con unas galletas agua y plátano (de una estancia de 3 noches, solo desayunamos en el alojamiento un día). No nos ha pasado en ningún otro alojamiento durante nuestra estancia en Perú y resto de alojamientos del mundo con desayuno incluido.

Hôtel au calme à quelques pas du centre ville
Pros:

Bel hôtel proche du centre ville, tout en étant au calme de l'agitation urbaine. Très beau patio fleuri. Chambres agréables.
Bon petit déjeuner.

Pros:

Fantastic huge beds, excellent shower, good towels and soap, nice environment, helpful staff. Filtered water machine and hot water available all the time. Efficient laundry service. Short walk to Plaza de Armas.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little underwhelming compared to the marketing photos, but good generally. The coffee was horrible though (really weak)! One egg per person also seemed mean.
We had 2 double rooms. One was gorgeous and the other much less generous - and had a terrible smell in the bathroom. After raising this they offered another room which was smaller again with a cramped bathroom and a fan which turned on with the main bedroom light - but perfectly adequate and definitely better than a stinky bathroom! So it seems a potluck with the standard of the room you are offered.
The garden is nice, though to really enjoy it it would be better if the hotel offered coffee)snack service available in the day, and even a bar in the evening. We would have used it.

Tranquilidad absoluta
Pros:

La tranquilidad del lugar. Privacidad y las áreas verdes con que cuentan tiene una buena vista. La sala de pinpon esta operativa y me entretuvo. La habitación esta muy bien amoblada todo funcionaba. El desayuno variado y rico. Sin duda volvería.

Cons:

Las maquinas para hacer ejercicio deberían estar en un ambiente cerrado (una sala) y darle mantenimiento.

Hotel et jardin très agréables pas loin du centre, personnel accueillant.
Pros:

Jardin magnifique, super petit déjeuner et personnel très sympa (ils nous ont notamment gardé nos valises 3j gratuitement)

Cons:

Chambre 27 sombre et humide mais elle n’était pas bien située les autres doivent être plus agréables.
