Perfekte Lage, kleines feines Hotel und sehr freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Der Pool war sehr sauber und absolut notwendig bei den Temperaturen. Das Beste war, dass man ihn jederzeit benutzen konnte.

I checked into this hotel on June 26. Confirmation number:5614724276. In the middle of the night, I woke up to find ants crawling all over the bed and on my body. I was extremely frightened because I did not know whether any ants had crawled into my ears or nose.
When I got up and went to the bathroom, I found ants on the floor and even inside the bathtub, as shown in the attached photos. This was a very disturbing and unacceptable experience.
A few days ago, I reported this incident to Booking.com. To my surprise, the hotel responded with an email containing a middle-finger emoji (🖕), which I found insulting and completely unprofessional.
I honestly cannot understand how this property has been rated as a four-star hotel. Both the serious cleanliness issue and the hotel's disrespectful response to a legitimate customer complaint fall far below the standard that guests should expect from a four-star property.
After nearly 20 years of traveling around the world, this is the first time I have had such a terrible hotel experience. It was absolutely unacceptable and by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had.
