Pros:

The staffs were so polite and helpful..they also helped me change the room in short notice..Especially the Manager, Mr. Nitin (perdon if the spelling is wrong) was exceptionally helpful...definitely will come back

Cons:

Repairment work is going on...hopefully will be resolved in a day or two...

Bel hôtel bien situé
Pros:

Bel hôtel assez récent dans le quartier de Karol Bagh. Quartier animé mais sécurisé. Personnel efficace et sympathique. Chambres propres. Bonne literie. Petit déjeuner et diner de bonne qualité sur le rooftop. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

L'eau chaude est longue à venir.

Location is terrible - in a really dirty and inconvenient part of Dehli.

Roads closed in Dehli meant impossible to find the hotel.

Hot water for bathing sparingly provided in the hotel.

Pros:

Очень чистый отель , чайник , термос , холодильник, все было предоставлено. Чистое пастельное белье, чистые полотенца. Большая ванна , принадлежности для ванны .Персонал очень отзывчивый . Работников хочется поблагодарить отдельно !! Расстояние от аэропорта если без пробок ранним утром 20 мин , но во втрой половине дня из-за пробок в районе 1 часа . Но это не зависит от отеля . Спокойная улица, тихо . Остались только хорошие впечатления. Находились в отеле 1 день .

BETTER THAN OUR EXPECTATION
Pros:

Room was neat and clean and spacious too. I must add BETTER THAN OUR EXPECTATION. With regards to breakfast we had no complaints. staff was nice.

GOOD HOTEL WITH FRIENDLY STAFF
Pros:

Staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help . Room was clean with attached modern bathroom equipped with toiletries and towels. Breakfast was great with many verities of dishes. Will come again whenever in Delhi.

Cons:

There was no tub in the bathroom.
