Cleanliness
8
Mostly reported as clean and immaculate in many reviews, but some explicit unhygienic reports (missing towels/toiletries, cigarette pieces, open shampoo sachets) lower the score slightly.
Service
9
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, cooperative and fast (quick service, warm welcome), though a few reports of poor front-desk behaviour and service-charge complaints exist.
Location
9
Multiple reviews call location outstanding, peaceful, close to metro and within walking distance to shops/restaurants.
Room Quality
8.7
Rooms are often described as clean, comfortable and well maintained; isolated issues include a non-working AC in one report and occasional missing amenities.
Amenities
7.7
Amenities are generally good (room amenities praised) but problems noted with unreliable Wi-Fi and a broken card-lock system reduce the score.
Value for Money
8
Many guests find the hotel good value for the price, but complaints about overpriced water bottles, added service charges and menu price changes negatively affect perception.
Food and Beverage
9
Food is frequently described as fresh, yummy and very good in multiple reviews, supporting a strong positive rating.
Overall Experience
8.6
Overall stays are characterized as excellent/outstanding by many guests (smooth check-in, pleasant atmosphere), tempered by the handful of service, cleanliness and amenities issues.
