The staff s behaviour is pathtic, treating guest as if they are doing fabor to them.
Taking every small thing as a voilation of policy, where its a request to put whole fruits in take away breakfast.
Complaints given to Hotel manger regarding how we suffer while our stay there was No A/C working & staff came to repair at night 12 am & took 2/3 hrs 3 days same problem was there & we Request for change Room but there didn’t response so please look into it & compost we had waste our time & money so please request you to refund our money due to very bad stay at this place we had mail to Hotel also & given letter about same to refund our charges so please look into it & waiting for your Reply or call
A/C & services it was to bad at night slept at 4 am so didn’t get up for Breakfast also staff wear to bad
The experience is not satisfactory. The rooms have no proper wifi. No Television DTH connection checked before giving room. No shed for car parking, we got to keep car under sun. Less water pressure in the washrooms. Wrong calculations for used cool drinks.
Very disappointing and worst hotel experience. We had booked a room through Agoda for 3 persons for 2 days. However, when we checked in, the room was in very poor condition with a bad smell and the washroom sink was dirty and sinking badly.
When we raised the issue with the hotel manager Mr. Yaspal, instead of helping us, he used very rude and dirty language and told us either to continue in the same room or leave the hotel. This behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Later, other hotel staff discussed among themselves and demanded additional charges for changing the room, even though the issue was from their side. Finally, we were forced to pay an extra Rs. 6000/- just to get another room.
Overall, very poor customer service, unhygienic rooms, rude management, and unfair charges. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
I had a very bad experience at this hotel. One guy by name Yashpal who was at the front desk is highly unprofessional, arrogant and manner less. We were given highly unclean and stinking rooms and when we called the front desk this guy Yashpal bluntly said that we may leave the place if we didnt like the room. This hurt me and my friends and we headed to the front desk and upon seeing us this guy Yashpal got irritated and spoke with disrespect and was even about to assault. At this time one lady from the hotel staff by name Rekha and another lady convinced us to help us and allocated rooms on 4th floor which were renovated. After seeing the rooms we agreed to occupy the same. However we were made to pay a premium for the said rooms. As we were in a hurry to rush to the stadium for watch the match we agreed and paid.
Even though the rooms on 4th floor were good enough the room service is pathetic and unprofessional. They literally take hours to serve tea or coffee in the rooms. The water flow in the washrooms stop abruptly and takes considerable time to resume. I don't know under what criteria this hotel claims to be a 5 star property. It even doesn't deserve 1 or 2 stars. The arrogant behavior of said Yashpal spoilt our moods and we had a very bad day. The hotel needs a through upgradation in terms of staff quality and rooms quality. What I experienced at the property was worse than what I have written here.
It was a good stay. The ambience of hotel is good. Staff behaviour is excellent. Front office staff is curtious. Worth spending . Food quality is awesome.

HOPELESS STAY
I am staying in different hotels across world for last 33 years. But I never got worst experience what Hotel Manohar gave me.
I have booked this hotel for a weeks stay . I have checked in on Monday 20-4-2026 and checked out on Saturday 25-4-2026. As that reservation person told me I have paid advance and it was told that rest amount will be paid at time of Checkout which was agreed.
On arrival there it was told that outside food is not allowed as it is not hygienic. I clearly told that my dinner will come from one relative who stays at vicinity.
At night when my dinner came they didnt deliver to my room.
When I asked room service for plate in the room.That person who wqas claiming as Head of room service told me everyday that only if you place an Order then I can get plate.
I had no alternative then Ordering food. Everytime I ordered food I found food was stale and almost everyday I had vomiting and I had to leave the food.
Every timne that were key which was blocked entry and on Counter they were asking for Payment inspite of my clearly stating that final payment will be cleared on Check out.
But till then one person from reception came to my room on night of 25-4-2026 wehen I was going for bath at night. There I cleared Rs.14000 to him.
On 25-4-2025 I ordered. some Murg Tikka. Out of. 8 piecesd 6 peieces erer freezed one and were stale.
I had an vomiting there. I called House Keeping but no body turned up.
Next day when I was checking out that one receptionist girl who comes in morning there told there therer is vomiting. Some stains are there.In Front office thgere was oine lady Mrs. Rekha , I told her to accompany me and check. She checked and no vomiting stains were on blanket. But inspite of thata and inspite of explaining fact they charged Rs. 500 in bill as cleaning charges.
As I was missing flight as I was in late doing all this. inspection I was helpless to pay.
I my 6 days of stay I didnt get any newspaper. Whlie going I told Mrs. Rekha who was claiming her as Front Office Head that I have to pay for newspaper. I just threw newspaper there.
I never had this type of experience in any 4/5 star capacity hotel alla cross world in last 33 years.
I never expected such horrible experience in The Manohar who claims to be 4/5 Star property.
