Pros:

The staff, they really appear to be trying hard to make one's stay enjoyable. I hope they are being compensated accordingly. The lounge/common area downstairs is really very nice. The coffee was good, and the breakfast looked very good.
The staff really made the difference, they were really pleasant and nice to talk with

Cons:

Didn't like that there is no fridge or coffee maker or kettle in the room. Just a small one to keep some drinks cold would be great. Apparently there are some rooms that have a fridge, I took it for granted, perhaps that's on me.

Cómodo y con buen ambiente
Pros:

La ubicación está muy bien, al lado del centro pero no en plena aglomeración de personas.
El personal es muy majo y atento a cualquier cosa.
La habitación es increíble y muy cómoda.
Adicionalmente en la azotea hay un bar con muy buen ambiente.

No reception and check in does not work
Pros:

The room was great, comfortable and modern.

Cons:

There is no reception and you have to use the automated check in machine in the cafe. The check in did not work and we had to get help from the staff in the cafe who contacted housekeeping. The phone number for the hotel was also not answered. The whole process delayed our check in significantly which was frustrating after a long flight. We saw three other people also have problems with the check in.

Bequem, freundlich, ganz nett. Aber mit einigen Einschränkungen.
Pros:

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal, tolle Bar.

Cons:

Sehr dunkel im Zimmer, unmögliches Licht für Frauen zum Schminken, TV nicht nutzbar, da kein Empfang. Sehr hellhöriges Haus (man hört Abfluss von Nachbarn). Wegen des Abflusslärms haben wir neues Zimmer gewünscht, was auch ermöglicht wurde. Auch im 2. Zimmer ging das TV Gerät nicht.
Frühstück gut, aber nur Weiß- und gar kein Vollkornbrot.

Das Personal scheint unzufrieden, der Service lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Verschimmeltes Bad. Schade!
Pros:

Der Hof war schön und auch die Sitzgelegenheiten im Hof waren geschmacksvoll eingerichtet.

Cons:

Zwischen den Badezimmerfliesen hat sich in unserem Zimmer (Nr 25) Schimmel gebildet. Es roch auch ungut. Ebenfalls waren die Wände im Bad verkalkt - wirkt ungepflegt. Das Personal schien leider zudem sehr unmotiviert. Für uns hat Preis/Leistung leider überhaupt nicht gepasst. Schade für ein Hotel an dieser Lage!

Apart from a room size it was a great stay!
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The location is within a walking distance (5-10 min) to the Old Town. Wifi is working fine.
Each day complementary water (still or sparkling) as well as free fruits were provided at the reception.
The food and mocktails in the bar were great.
Breakfast was amazing! It is not the most versatile breakfast we have seen so far, but each ingredient or dish was just so so so finger licking good!

Cons:

The rooms and bathroom / toilet areas are not very spacious. If you stay for 1-2 nights, it is perfectly fine. But staying for almost 2 weeks, by the end of the vacation we wanted to have some extra space.
The good solution is - there are many spots on the ground floor and in the courtyard where you can sit, chill, have some tea or prosecco and enjoy yourself. We would stay there again.

Pros:

Super Lage zu öffentlicher Verkehr und auch Fussgängerzone zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Im Restaurant könnten die Tische und der Fussboden besser gereinigt werden.

Pros:

Pinsa im Hotel ist super lecker und praktisch, wenn man schnell noch im Hotel zu Abend essen will, z. B. vor einem Konzert, wie es bei mir der Fall war. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet; das Bett war bequem.

Cons:

Frühstück war etwas basic und übersichtlich, da hätte ich für den Preis mehr erwartet.
