Perfect location
Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful both before and during our visit. The parking available in a nearby private car park was invaluable. Lots of choice at breakfast and super comfy beds. The hotel was clean throughout.

Cons:

The pool was beautiful and once in amazing! However, my partner fell getting in on the first day as it is made entirely of steel and hurt his back quite badly which did impact our holiday. Better signage could have prevented this as the only warning was on a door that was wedged open so not visible.

Vi hadde et fint opphold i Riva del Garda.
Pros:

Sentral beliggenhet og fin takterrasse.

Cons:

Litt lite utvalg ved frokost. Åpningstider bassenget.

Perfect location and beautiful view from the balcony. Our superior room had great air conditioning for the +33°C heat. Breakfast room had amazing views of the lake and mountains.

Super hotel, wspaniała obsługa, smaczne śniadania z przepięknym widokiem, bardzo fajny basen.
Pracownicy recepcji przemili i zawsze pomocni.
Lokalizacja idealna, w samym centrum, blisko plaży.
Parking 4 minuty pieszo od hotelu, ale walizki można wypakować bezpośrednio przed hotelem.
Pobyt zdecydowanie udany dla nas i dla naszego pieska :)

Meget skuffet!
Cons:

Aircondition virkede ikke - og der var vanvittigt varmt den nat - hotellet forsøgte at hjælpe, men måtte indrømme at deres anlæg, meget længe har været i stykker, men ejer vil ikke betale for et nyt der virker. Så skal man ikke sælge værelser med aircon!!
