Beautiful location, very central and with a great view.
Most of the facilities seem quite new, the spa very nice, love the terrace pool.
Room is quite modern.
Quality of the breakfast was less than average.
Big selection of pastries (which they were good, although not home made, you can tell), savoury really scarse! For the price of a grand hotel I would’ve expect much more.
I had the B&B package, so can’t say more for the dinner service not for the restaurant downstairs.

There wasn’t anything negative
Really pleasant and well set up hotel. You cannot park at the hotel but the arrangements for how to park are clear and easy and its a nice walk back through the center from the car park. Window looks straight out onto the street. The breakfast on the top floor has fantastic views.
Swimsuits are not allowed in the sauna "because they could melt". Seems to be quirk of the hotel, but put me off using the facility.
Top Lage, perfekter zentraler Anlaufpunkt in Riva del Garda.
Personal war teilweise sehr freundlich.

- Zimmerservice war an einem Tag um 8 Uhr morgens auf dem Zimmer, am nächsten Tag um 16 Uhr noch nicht fertig
- Duschkopf dreckig, Schlauch kaputt
- Handtücher rochen leicht muffig
Wichtigster Punkt:
Keine Geländer am Einstieg in den extrem rutschigen Pool. Meine schwangere Freundin ist ausgerutscht und auf den Rücken gefallen. Wir mussten in die Notaufnahme nach Rovereto und einen Ultraschall machen lassen. Glücklicherweise ist nichts passiert.
The location is perfect for visiting Riva del Garda. Breakfast buffet was good and our room was well situated. The bathroom was very clean.
Our room really wasn't very clean. We noticed while passing another room that the floor was being mopped. They really need to be swept first. We had lots of fluff, crumbs and general dirt on the floor, and the 'open' wardrobe was dusty as was the lid of the kettle.
