Gostei de tudo. Tem sido sempre uma experiencia agradavel.

Cons:

Parece-me importante remodelar alguns quartos no sentido de permitir cadeiras de rodas e polibans ( serem acessiveis).

Das condições do quarto! Para além de extremamente pequeno, a cama extra (criança) anulava quase a deslocação pelo quarto. O candeeiro da cabeceira da cama estava partido e caso alguém lá passasse a mãe estaria sujeito a magoar se (criança), o suporte do papel higiénico estava partido (tínhamos os rolos do papel higiénico por cima do autocolismo), a tomada na entrada da WC estava completamente desencaixado da parede e não tinha corrente, a TV só dava imagem desfocada e para ter acesso ao telefone do quarto teve que ir lá a supervisora para resolver a situação. A sair da piscina encontramos duas baratas enormes mortas.

Excellent facilities, Lovely Reception Staff, Room fabulous. Plenty to do.
Pros:

The standards are high, check-in is very good, friendly, and helpful (as usual). We have been there a few times.
The rooms are upgraded to an excellent standard. Both pools, indoors and out look beautifully maintained, and plenty of places to sit and have a coffee with a bite to eat. Reception staff are always pleasant. Thank you for a lovely stay.
