We stayed for dinner too. I had a fantastic steak. Unfortunately, the meal was luke warm.
Suggestion, warm the plates before serving so the Bernaise Sauce at least stays warm.

Un soggiorno fantastico nel cuore di Saas-Fee. Tornerò con piacere!
Pros:

Camera pulita e confortevole, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione eccellente, tranquilla e perfetta per raggiungere gli impianti e i sentieri. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Cons:

Nulla di particolare. Ho trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole.

Very comfortable mattress. The restaurant is excellent!
The Saas-Card which allows one unlimited use of all buses and cable cars in the region was a nice, unexpected bonus.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Man sieht richtig, wie sehr sich die Besitzer über ihre Gäste freuen & ihnen am Herzen liegt, dass die Gäste einen tollen Aufenhalt haben.

Pas terrible.
Pros:

La gentillesse et la spontanéité du personnel.

Cons:

La chambre 41…à côté de la ventilation qui s’est, heureusement arrêtée à 2200 mais qui a repris 0748…deux coffre-forts mais aucun utilisable. Pas moyen de fermer la porte du balcon à clé. De ce fait, le prix est surfait. Était-ce parce qu’on avait un chien???pour terminer. Le buffet petit déjeuner était tres très simple.

Erholung pur!
Pros:

Hotel an Toplage, nahe vom Parkhaus und direkt neben der Talstation Hannig gelegen.
Die Gastgeber und die MitarbeiterInnen sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
