Not worth the price.
Pros:

Great breakfast and staff.
Hotel was close to the train station with cozy look.
Sauna was cool.

Cons:

The coffee maker and toilet flush were not functioning properly, and the furniture was quite old.
The shower with a sauna was a nice feature, but the facilities were outdated, and the showerhead was broken.
The location was excellent, but the surrounding area had a significant number of homeless people, making it uncomfortable to open the windows.
Some items in the minibar were past their expiration date.

Ich war rundum zufrieden, würde sofort wieder dort buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, nur wenige Meter zum Zentrum. Bahnhof ist gleich gegenüber, Busstation nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt. Die Eigentümer des Hotel sind Koreaner, und angeblich gibt es im Restaurant die beste koreanische Küche von ganz Zilina. Frühstück ist ausreichend, alles da, sogar einige asiatische Speisen.

S manželkou sme boli ubytovaní iba na jednú noc, takže všetko ok.
Pros:

Raňajky boli v pohode,postačujúci výber,personál fajn.

Cons:

Počuť zvuky z vedľajších izieb, slabo zaizolované steny. WC je umiestnené vedľa sprchovacieho kúta tak, že je málo miesta.
Chýbal mi obuvák na topánky.
Berte to ako dobré myšlienky pre zlepšenie Vašich služieb, v žiadnom prípade nie ako sťažnosť.
S obsluhujúcim personálom sme boli maximálne spokojní ja aj manželka a tak isto aj čistota bola v pohode.

Poloha bola vynikajuca

Cons:

Pobyt v tomto hoteli bol pre mňa veľkým sklamaním. Hneď po príchode som si všimla nedostatočnú čistotu – za dverami sa nachádzala špina, vlasy, chlpy a prach, čo pôsobilo veľmi zanedbane. Kúpeľňa bola v zlom stave, umývadlo neodtekalo a sprchový kút bol plesnivý, čo je z hygienického hľadiska neprijateľné.
Na koberci v izbe samé vlasy.

Od hotela by som očakávala oveľa vyšší štandard nakoľko ma 4* - čistoty a údržby. Tento pobyt určite nesplnil moje očakávania a nemôžem ho odporučiť.
