Lo limitado del servicio que prestan.
Tener que dejar un depósito de 10 euros para tener un secador, la no posibilidad de pava eléctrica. Todo muy básico. No volvería

Buen alojamiento
Pros:

Me gustó todo en general, habitación amplia, personal amable, limpieza impecable, buen desayuno y zona tranquila todo lo que se puede pedir para un fin de semana de descanso y desconexión.

Cons:

La almohada de la cama muy bajita y en el cuarto de baño el inodoro estaba demasiado pegado a la ducha y a la pileta le faltaba algo de amplitud.

Boa estadia
Pros:

Cumpre com o prometido, o hotel é simples, mas limpo e bem localizado. O quarto era espaço e agradável. Os funcionários são bastante simpáticos

Cons:

A cama era extremamente dura. O pequeno-almoço poderia ser melhorado, não existiam grandes opções para intolerantes a lactose, por exemplo.

Cons:

I Was charged twice for two rooms by their mistake, with the system confirming me that a reimbursement would be issued that never happened and till now and without any support either from hotel staff neither from booking.
Despite my insistence with booking.com and they just ignored my claims.

The standard of the hotel itself terrible. The receptionist is the same attending breakfast and cleaning and at the reception in front of myself and my family, a couple was checking inn ( for a short time for sure) beaving witj indecent maners and behaviour and the staff just did not act at all.

Terrible experience in this place and Booking.com with with whom I worked for long and in various countries I WILL NEVER EVER USE AGAIN.
ITS A SCAM AT THE MOMENT.
