The hotel was a converted manor. Kids loved all the interesting spaces to explore. The breakfast was served in an amazing ballroom.

Room was fine but not as advertised. It looked over a side street not the old quarter. Also the balcony was minute and we were not able to both sit outside as we could not open the window

Beautifully presented and all the staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful.
Location was good for cafe and restaurants.
The room was fantastic with Ragusa famous curved limestone ceiling, cable TV, very good bathroom, a comfortable gig bed and plenty of room.
It had an elevator, safe and mini bar with room for our couple of things.
The breakfast and the dining room were marvellous.
