Hôtel très agréable, très bien équipé et confortable. Les services sont impeccables et le personnel à votre écoute. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, les espaces très bien entretenus.

De lokatie, de mogelijkheden van het ontbijt.

Cons:

De intentie dat elk onderdeel geld moest genereren. Bijvoorbeeld schoonmaak. Wat ons erg stoorde was dat de manager in het restaurant het personeel te recht wees in ons bijzijn. Jammer. We hebben totaal geen waardering voor het feit dat wij tot tweemaal toe werden verwezen naar een tafel achter de pilaren terwijl er andere tafels vrij waren om gewoon gezellig in de ruimte te kunnen dineren. Wij hebben met veel moeite uiteindelijk een gewone tafel weten te verkrijgen. Heel teleurstellend dat het zo moest gaan.

Kleiner Kühlschrank wäre in jedem Zimmer gut, da das bereitgestellte Getränk bei der Wärme sehr warm war.

Das Hotel lag direkt am Templiner See u man konnte gut, mit dem Fahrrad starten. Die Lage sehr ruhig. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich.
Das Frühstück war super, aber teuer.
Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank u Kaffeemaschine.

Cons:

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel war unser Teppich im Zimmer sehr dreckig und auch die Sitzbank wies Spuren von irgendwas auf. Es lässt sich nur die Balkontür öffnen u kein Fenster.
