Pros:

Hotel super Lage, alles zu Fuss gut erreicht. ruhiges Zimmer

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet eher Standard, deutscher Kaffee. Etwas plüschige Zimmerausstattung.

Eigene Tiefgarage und direkt im Zentrum.

Cons:

Klimaanlage war defekt bei 34 grad Außentemperatur. Gab dafür keinerlei Preisnachlässe, selbst das Glas Sekt für 13 EUR! an der Bar gab’s dafür nicht aufs Haus. Schlechte Service!

Cons:

Klimalar çalışmıyordu odayı değiştirme talep ettiğimde tüm odaların bozuk oldugunu söylediler ama diğer odalar lobide heryerde klima çalışıyordu.
Odadaki Buzdolabıda çalışmıyordu.
En kötü odayı verdiler üstelik 2 gün boyunca teknisyen tamir etmeye çalıştı 2. Gün olmayınca tekrar talep ettiğimde zorla en kötü daha küçük bir odayı verdiler bir özür bile dilemediler. Çalışanlar hiç yardımcı olmuyor. Memnuniyet sağlamaya çalışmıyorlar.

Old-fashioned on the outside, quirky and kitsch on the inside. Good breakfast. The bar in reception was a good place to have a drink at the end of the day. Perfect location for station, cathedral, river and old town.

It was simply a room.
Pros:

The breakfast made this hotel delightful, as did the very good cleaning services. A good full German breakfast always helps start the day off well. The proximity to the train station and Dom cannot be beat. The staff is cheerful and helpful. If you can score a spot on the terrace for breakfast then life is very good indeed. The coffee bar is great! I did not visit the alcohol bar but it is quite beautiful. Very quiet on the first floor in the lobby.

Cons:

So apparently I had what they describe as „their cheapest room.“ Never great words directly from a hotel! The tiny room had exactly enough for one person and nichts mehr. No amenities, no pretty wallpaper, no special touches; Just a room that hasn’t been updated in a very long time. It unfortunately sits over the entrance to the hotel and a park where other guests, the local homeless and teenagers hang out to smoke, shout and play music (this is not the hotel’s fault; they cannot control the city!). The room included two lamps that do not stay up and a tv that may have been as large as the bed!
It is a disappointing room, regardless of the price. At least the ceiling could be patched correctly! A fan would be a lovely addition. For such a beautiful hotel this economy room felt like a disregard.
For those who care there is no air conditioning which is not a problem unless the room is so small that it heats up very quickly! Again, a small fan would go very far.
I still think this is a lovely hotel. The staff was limited in helping me out but were polite about it. If I stayed again I would ask more questions instead of just taking the advertised special.

Excelente acomodação! Camas confortáveis, quarto aconchegante e bem decorado. Banheiro grande, funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos, enfim tudo perfeito!

De ligging van het hotel en het ontbijt

Cons:

We hadden een familie kamer geboekt ( 2 volwassenen en 1 kind ) bij aankomt was er geen bed voor ons kind , hierover gebeld. Beddengoed werd gebracht alleen moesten wij het bed zelf opbouwen en opmaken. Het was 33 graden buiten en de airco werkte niet.. de volgende dag werd ons verteld dat het systeem in wintermodus stond. De nacht verschrikkelijk geslapen van de hitte en dat met een kind van 3. Totaal 225,- betaald voor 1 nacht met een late checkout in de hoop dat ons kind smiddags nog even kon slapen maar helaas door de hitte was dit niet mogelijk. Voor zo'n bedrag mag je echt vele malen beter verwachten
