Maravillosos/as, encantadores/es, el mejor hotel que he pisado.
Pros:

Fueron especialmente amables y atentos. Tanto la recepción como la señora del buffet desayuno que habla todos los idiomas del mundo y cocina de maravilla.

Está súper bien ubicado, está al medio de todas las atracciones de la ciudad y a su vez en una calle tranquila. El personal fue excelente con nosotros, especialmente Salomé.

Buen recuerdo de Oporto . Inolvidable victoria de España

En general muy bien, buena ubicación y relación calidad precio excelente. El personal muy agradable en especial la chica del desayuno, con sus 5 idiomas intentaba ayudar a todos los clientes a que se sintieran comodos

Great location to explore the Tourist attractions from, breakfast excellent as well as staff

Great location, comfortable bed and good shower.
Aircon system worked well.

Cons:

It would have been great to make use of the Bar, the Bar was closed.
