The hotel staff were wonderful.
Pros:

Loved the location, bed was ok, room was comfortable breakfast had lots of variety and the entire experience was good. The tiles and bones of the building so interesting.

Cons:

The decor felt a little tired. Could be freshened up. Perhaps just not my style.

Emplacement idéal, proche de tout. Le personnel très aimable et disponible, merci à la dame du petit déjeuner pour sa gentillesse. Petit dejeuner très correct, du salé au sucré et choix varié. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle.

Cons:

La douche un peu étroite.

Una estancia fantástica. Me gustó muchísimo el hotel, pero sobre todo destacar la atención del personal: fueron súper amables, atentos y profesionales en todo momento.
Y el desayuno, sencillamente una maravilla, con mucha variedad y todo muy rico. Sin duda, un hotel al que volvería y que recomiendo totalmente si visitas Oporto.

Funcionários muito simpáticos, tudo muito limpo, bom pequeno almoço, muito boa localização.

Cons:

As instalações precisam de modernização e adaptação a todo o tipo de hóspedes, sobretudo os mais velhos. As casas de banho por exemplo têm banheiras muito altas, a opção por cabines de duche seria óptima. O preço é muito alto, para instalações antiquadas
