Prima se zavřeným oknem :)
Pros:

Hotel byl pěkný, čistý. Snídaně vynikající a personál velmi milý. U hotelu bylo i malé hřiště.

Cons:

Umístění hotelu je strašné, je hned hlavní silnice takže si nemůžete ani otevřít okno. Bohužel nefungoval ovladač od televize.

Nepohodlné spaní. OSB desky natřené na černo a na tom matrace. Při každém otočení strašné vrzání, vůbec jsme se nevyspali !!! Prý se o tomto problému ví a je to v řešení.

Personal fajn, ale vybavení pokojů potřebuje údržbu.
Pros:

Personál na místě byl velmi příjemný, pokoj při příjezdu hezky voněl a snídaně byla v pořádku (obsluha hned doplňovala chybějící nádobí).

The staff on-site was very friendly, the room smelled nice upon arrival, and the breakfast was good (the staff quickly replenished the dishes).

Cons:

Pokoj č. 4 byl špatně uklizený (špinavé skleničky, nemyté hrnky). Nábytek je omšelý, ze zástěny ve sprše odpadává plast a postele extrémně vrzaly při každém pohybu. Večer navíc netekla teplá voda, což je s dětmi velká komplikace. Dětské hřiště je opotřebované.
Zároveň bych rád dodal, že mi manažerka hotelu dodatečně volala a apelovala na mě, abych uvedl dobré hodnocení, jelikož jim v minulosti někteří zákazníci dali špatné hodnocení. Jako kompenzaci nedostatků mi nabídla voucher na slevu na další ubytování, na kterém trvala, který mi ale zaslán nebyl. Za mě, bohužel, tak vysoké hodnocení hotelu neodpovídá realitě, vizte přiložené fotky.

The room Nr. 4 was poorly cleaned (dirty glasses and unwashed cups). The furniture is worn out, plastic parts were falling off the shower screen, and the beds squeaked loudly with every single movement. In the evening, there was no hot water, which is a major issue when traveling with children. The playground is outdated.
I would also like to add that the hotel manager called me afterwards and urged me to leave a good review because some previous customers had given them bad ratings. As compensation for the shortcomings, she insisted on offering me a discount voucher for a future stay, which was never sent to me. In my opinion, such a high rating for this hotel unfortunately does not match reality, please see the attached photos.

Łazienka z lat 90, w pokoju brakowało dodatkowego krzesła. Hotel nastawiony na sprzedaż - w pokojach słodycze, napoje, maskotka do kupienia. Mini barek z napojami nie kontrolowany dopisano nam sok i 2 butelki wody z których nie skorzystaliśmy. To niewielka suma, ale na jakiej podstawie stwierdzono, że wypiliśmy napoje. Kaucja pobrana przed wejściem do pokoju 1000 koron. Mało urozmaicone śniadanie. mało owoców warzyw, brakowało talerzyków, jajecznic i parówki zimne, mały wybór wędlin, Daleko od centrum.

Найкращі враження щодо всього персоналу: дуже привітні, дбайливі. Дякую! Сніданки чудові на кшталт шведського столу з досить великим розмаїттям смачних страв. У номері був електричний чайник, набір чаю, кави, а також на вході в готель каво машина у вільному доступі

Ogólnie hotel jest ok . Nie ma typowej recepcji i warto wcześniej się zarejestrować. Plac zabaw jakieś 20lat temu miał swój czas.... Ale to jeszcze nie jest najgorsze. Najgorsze było po wymeldowaniu ... Na start telefon że uszkodziłem komuś auto i rozliczenie minibaru plus pluszak. Pisanie do hotelu że nic takiego nie miało miejsca plus źle rozliczony minibar gdzie palcem nic niczego nie ruszył .. pluszaka dostała córka od kierowniczki tak wnosze. Bo dniu dostaje rozliczenie że minibar ruszony plus pluszak. Hotel zero kontaktu dopiero interwencja przez booking dało jakiś sygnał... Po tygodniu dalej nie mam zwrotu pieniędzy. Hotel już nie odczytuje wiadomości. Sorry ale przez jedna sytuację nie polecę obiektu.
