Very pleasant.
Pros:

The lady on reception. Extremely helpful. Good communication skills.
Staff very nice.
Lovely swimming pool.

Cons:

Didn’t have a kettle to make a drink.
Breakfast was quite basic.
There isn’t anywhere in the area to have an evening meal.
Unfortunately, didn’t get a good night sleep. Nothing to do with the hotel. Unfortunately the area has dogs that bark throughout the night.

Hice una reserva para una habitación deluxe superior y cuando llegamos al hotel, nos alojaron en una habitación de calidad inferior. Lo comentamos en recepción y no nos dieron ninguna solución.
