The receptionist was very helpful. The hotel is tiny, there's a reception for checking in and out and the rest of the time you are independent. The room was comfortable and we had a great view over looking the city.

Proximity to Old Town - 2 minute walk from the main Street. Staff was super kind and very helpful - she pointed out where to go and how to get there, as well as local hotspots and what times to visit
As its on the main road, you'll hear the tram running by the hotel. Made me jump a little the first time I heard it
Die Lage super - dafür dass es lediglich nur in der Tat Zimmer vermieten war - war es super organisiert. Alles reibungslos. Aber das brauchte ich auch, Zimmer - sauber ausgestattet mit allem was nötig ist. Lediglich Kühlschrank ging nicht aber liegt daran evtl. wusste nicht wie anmachen.
Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Hotel kann hierfür zwar nichts, jedoch sind aufgrund der Straßenverhältnisse die vorbeifahrenden Straßenbahnen deutlich zu hören. Das kann mitunter etwas störend sein.
Top lokacija, prelijep ambijekt i usluga koja se ne viđa svaki dan! Hotel Divan je čista desetka (10/10) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Porodična atmosfera, ljubaznost domaćina i čistoća na najvišem nivou učinili su naš boravak u Sarajevu nezaboravnim. Osjećali smo se kao kod kuće. Hvala vam na svemu, vidimo se definitivno opet! 🇧🇦❤️

Belüftung in der Duschkabine lief die ganze Nacht durch.
I enjoyed my stay at Divan very much. The rooms are exceptionally clean and have a modern look, the location is excellent, and the staff are super-responsive and friendly. Aja was great and welcoming and provided useful advice where to go for tours, food etc. A lovely place and nice people. From my room, I heard both the muezzin calls for prayer from the minaret nearby, and the bells of the Orthodox church as well! Truly the spirit of Sarajevo.
The hotel is located right in the historic center, so at night the sounds of parties outside and the smell of restaurants are heard and felt, as well as the sound of the city tram all day long - this didn't bother me much, but I thought it may be worth mentioning for people who may be sensitive to noise and smells.

Piccolo hotel nel cuore del centro storico, ma in posizione tranquilla. A pochi passi dalla fermata del tram 5 che attraversa tutta la città, e vicino a piedi alla fermata del Bus da/per aeroporto. Camera spaziosa e letto comodo. Pulizia ottima. Superdisponibile l'addetta alla reception/accoglienza/assistenza. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.
