Decepcionante
Pros:

La ubicación y la cercanía a playa

Cons:

Solo está renovado las zonas comunes, la habitación y baño era antiguo.
Para ser 4 estrellas esperaba algún servicio de cafetería o restaurante a la carta. La carta existe, pero no había nada de la misma y solo ofrecen cenas con menú fijo.
Desayuno 4 días 100% igual, nada de variedad, y 4 días sin cucharas. Deberían comprar. Mal servicio en desayuno.
Una pena, fuimos con expectativas por lo bonito de las fotos.

Pros:

Good location, short walk to town and beach. We had a problem with the air conditioning unit in the room we were allocated and we were moved to another room immediately with no fuss. Great breakfast.

Cons:

The evening meal is a set menu, not a lá carte. There was no vegetarian option although when I asked they provided a meal. Maybe something lost in translation but it was described as vegetable stew and was simply a dish of mixed veg.

Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito con un buen desayuno y el personal es muy amable. Las instalaciones son bonitas. Se llega a la playa por un pinar y es un paseo facil. Super accesible para hacer turismo

Cons:

La habitacion es un poco oscura y con muebles oscuros que no resultan acogedores. El aislamiento con las habitaciones de al lado es escaso pero nada muy problematico si los vecinos son respetuosos

EL DESAYUNO

Cons:

Mi experiencia en el Hotel Torre de Somo fue bastante decepcionante. Si buscas un lugar para descansar, no lo recomendaría. A las 8 de la mañana ya estaban pasando la aspiradora por los pasillos, generando un ruido considerable que hacía imposible seguir durmiendo.

Además, la bañera de la habitación no se podía utilizar porque faltaba el tapón. Lo comunicamos al personal, pero no solo no lo solucionaron durante nuestra estancia, sino que tampoco mostraron demasiado interés o voluntad por encontrar una alternativa.

Las instalaciones exteriores también daban sensación de falta de mantenimiento y cuidado, algo que desmerece bastante la imagen del hotel.

La peor parte fue la cena. Aunque se anunciaba la existencia de una carta, en realidad solo había un menú disponible y gran parte de las opciones ya estaban agotadas. La calidad de la comida fue muy baja; las verduras parecían claramente congeladas y el resultado general fue muy pobre.

En conjunto, una experiencia por debajo de lo esperado tanto por las instalaciones como por el servicio y la restauración.
