La bâtisse est splendide
Très grande chambre avec bonne literie
Endroit très tranquille
Accès direct par un petit sentier à la plage (5m)…il faut suivre les surfeurs 🏄🏽

Parking privé de l’hôtel et dans la rue gratuit

Aucune convivialité dans cet hôtel
Ça commence déjà à l’accueil 🫢
Pas de possibilité de prendre un verre en dehors de l’apéro du dîner…sauf votre mini bar
L’entretien extérieur (jardin, bacs à fleurs, terrasse, piscine) pour le standing de l’hôtel est à revoir
Rien n’a été préparé au printemps pour mettre cet espace extérieur en valeur…rien ne donne envie de se prélasser en terrasse ou à la piscine
Pas de machine à café dans les chambres…ni crème hydratante (comme dans tous les hôtels de cette gamme)
Possibilité de café, thé,eau dans la salle du petit déjeuner l’après midi mais plus le soir
Service assez sommaire au petit déjeuner
Nous avons séjourné 8 nuits dans une chambre avec bain balnéo…salle de bain de style greco/romaine…un peu dépassé comme déco
Nous n’avons jamais voulu rester pour le dîner…ambiance très froide
Il y a un choix énorme de restaurant à Somo

El hotel es muy acogedor en una zona preciosa . Muy limpio. Ideal para descansar . El jardín y la piscina le dan ya el toque 100%. Muy bueno el desayuno y el personal muy amable .

Disappointment, spoiled by the restaurant.
Pros:

The breakfast was good except for the third morning when there was nothing left as there had been a big party staying the night before.

The waitress was charming and good at her job.

Cons:

The room was very dark, even with the lights turned on and was somewhat cluttered with two large chairs.

The food in the restaurant was extremely disappointing, it was of poor quality, badly cooked and unappetising. It seemed as if the food was not cooked on the premises with any culinary skills.

The hotel was 15 minutes walk from the beach, not 2 minutes as stated.

Pros:

Не ожидала, что фото и реальность совпадут - утопал в зелени. Да не отдаленно находится до самого сантандера 15-20 минут езды на машине.
Но это такого стоит очень зелено везде , рядом есть ресторан мишлен .

Great place and Great room service. Breakfast service should improve.
Pros:

The venue for breakfast was very nice and the items if you reached them as soon as they were made were tasty. Davide was really helpful and gave us an outstanding room service when we arrived to the hotel including the check in.

Cons:

The experience at breakfast was mixed. The service wasn't good compared to other hotels I have been in the past. Generally you are greeted and helped to find a table that fits your needs. There were missing items at breakfast several times. Once I joined the breakfast 30minutes before closing and I was told I came too late, therefore a few items were not available and I wasn't give an alternative.
