We enjoyed our stay. Yes it’s dated but we loved our view, sitting out on the deck overlooking the water and city was amazing. Yes you walk up the hill but that did not bother us. It reminded us of the charm of the way Hotels use to be .
amazing view and nice staff. outdoor balcony with good bar service and reasonable liquor prices. Reasonable walk to town.
1.the loud wedding singer with loud microphone until after midnite our first night was extremely annoying 2. outdoor stairs were creepy and dirty especially at the 4th floor 3. Men's bathroom at breakfast area had no soap or paper towels...fortunately no one was in the women's so i avoided arrest.
The property has an amazing view. Staff is so kind. So close to town. I would have loved to stay longer.

The food was ok, the view room was good with sea view, and cleanse was fine.
The smell on the hotel was bad. the beds on each room was terrible the mattress are sod thin, and also we had to pay the parking and no one told us we should until the day we left so we had to pay for 4 days.

The view from the room was fantastic and the staff were also quite good.
The hotel was really old and outdated. The rooms had tiles on the floors, little furniture and all really out dated. There was mouldy smell in the corridor. The wifi was not good either. Breakfast was also quite limited.
A localização é boa, razoavelmente perto do centrinho, mas a vista é o que tem de mais vantajoso no hotel, vista perfeita para o mar.
Achei o atendimento e café da manhã razoáveis e acomodações um pouco ultrapassadas. Precisa de um retrofit.

Los baños, no van mas las ceramicas viejas, con cortina rosa todo un cambalache
Las toalla MUY MALAS , no son de tela de toalla como de sabanas.

This property’s only redeeming value was the view. I heard good things about the pool but did not use it.
Pillows were paper thin, about as thick as my hand, see the photos. the bed was so rough. The towels were also paper thin, might have done better drying off with a paper towel, check the photos. the lobby is nicest space, the rooms were dirty and poorly cleaned. the price point wasn’t exactly cheap either. They charge to park, super strange nickle and dime when the lot was very empty. the bathroom door would strike the toilet, super bad design. check out the oxidation on these shower fixtures in the photos. This place needs alot more love then it gets
The view was incredible,the balconies and the big and comfortable! They also offered us the opportunity to choose boat trips in really good price!

Eski bir otel hem çok sevdim hem de denize bakan odada olmasaydık biraz sıkıcı olabilirdi. Kahvaltı çok iyi değildi kahve maalesef kötü ama benim için hiç problem olan şeyler değil. Biz arabasızdık o yüzden merdiven ve yokuş zorlayıcı olabilir .

The hotel could do with some upgrades
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Settimo Cielo in Sorrento. The highlight has to be the incredible view from our balcony overlooking the Bay of Naples — absolutely breathtaking, and something we never got tired of looking at.
Our room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a small fridge, which was a very useful addition.
One thing I would recommend is bringing your own towels or purchasing some locally. The towels supplied by the hotel are linen and, unfortunately, aren’t particularly suitable for drying yourself.
The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, which really added to our stay. Breakfast also offered lots of variety, with plenty of choice to set you up for the day.
The hotel may be a little traditional in style, but for us, the spectacular views, cleanliness, friendly staff and great location more than made up for it.
We would definitely recommend Hotel Settimo Cielo and would happily stay here again when visiting beautiful Sorrento. 🌊🇮🇹❤️

Right on main road, easy to get around.
Parking for larger vehicles was not friendly.
Hotellihuoneen parvekkeelta avautuivat huikaisevat maisemat merelle ja alas kaupunkiin. Todellakin alas pystysuoraa seinämää pitkin. Kaupunkiin oli pitkä matka alas mutkittelevaa tietä ja sama matka taas ylös hotellille. Reippailijoille ei vanhuksille tai huonosti liikkuville.
Hotelli oli nuhjuinen ja aamiainen mitätön. Kahvi oli suorastaan pahaa enkä voinut juoda sitä
