You got what you pay for and less i could say !!!! try to avoid it ...
Pros:

Near Bus Station

Cons:

Small, tiny room (8 - 10 sqm). No air-condition, just an old noisy fan, clean enough bathroom. Just for a night sleep in case of emergency. Difficult to locate the entrance, hidden in a back yard road.

A night not worth staying there for.
Cons:

The gentleman when checking in and when leaving was really rude. Don’t think he should be working in customer service.
The rooms were also extremely small.

The k nightmare
Pros:

So far all rooms I occupied were cold no heating systems working but had to endure as I find them hospitable clean.

Cons:

Keep the rooms warm well ventilated asthenia rooms I occupied had adverse effect on my breathing condition
