Personnel au top . Équipement un peu sommaire surtout par rapport au prix
Pros:

Dans une situation très particulière où nous étions « à la rue » suite à une défaillance de notre hôtel de départ, la personne à l’accueil a été d’une grande gentillesse avec un accueil parfait après bien des déboires c’était très rassurant

Cons:

L’accès est un peu compliqué à trouver d’autant que le GPS n’indique pas l’entrée exacte. Les équipements sont réduit au minimum ce qui est un peu incohérent avec le prix.

Pros:

It was the closest hotel to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for concerts i was attending and the price was very good

Cons:

No fridge in the room it was very hot when I stayed if it had only been a mini fridge it would have been very welcome especially after coming back from a concert late

das hotel ist eine absolute katastrophe...meine frau ist nach dem einchecken kollabiert, weil die gegend volle junkies, bettler und schräger gestalten ist. das hotel liegt zwischen obdachlosenunterkünften und ist selbst tagsüber total unsicher.der als lobby dargestellte raum ist ein lagerraum in dem am ankunftstag eine blutige matratze stand. ich habe versucht ein sofortiges storno durchzusetzen...das wurde abgelehnt...wir haben 400 euro verloren und mussten uns ein neuen hotel suchen.ein absoluter alptraum !

Pros:

Petit hôtel sans prétention, mais qui nous a rendu bien service. Nous étions en galère de logement dans Londres, et nous avons été heureux de trouver cet hôtel à prix correct. Certes, le confort est frugal, la salle de bain très simplette, mais c'était propre. Nous avons été bien accueillis par le gérant. Situé à proximité de Broadway Market et du parc attenant.

The staff were super friendly and courteous. We were able to check in earlier than planned.

Cons:

The hotel reminded us of a block of bedsits. The room was small and hot. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The shower had to be turned on and off via a switch on the other side of the door. Possibly one of the worst nights sleep I ever had. £188 for a twin room is an absolute disgrace. Just because Harry Styles and Take That were doing shows, should not mean that Booking.com hike the prices us like that. Very poor.
